GoogleDon’t bother with other estate agents, we used another local ‘professional’ agency and they were anything but. Lack of care, service and came across as not being bothered to even try and get the sale. One example on their attitude towards having an offer: “let’s not beat around the bush here, what do you really want price-wise so I know what I’m working with”.. so obviously they had overvalued and wanted us to accept far less. Clee on the other hand were cheaper, far more professional and always available to help. They valued the house fairly and fought for the best price. They pushed to advertise and we had plenty of interest (compared to the other one). The after sales service was superb too, keeping us updated along the way. We wish we’d gone with Clee from the start, but in many ways it was good to have such awful service initially as we got to see how good Clee really were. The Staff are 100 per cent thorough, professional, responsive, committed, competitive in all aspects, and always go the extra mile to help their clients. No GDPR rules were broken. We were asked as an agent if you were on the market with us and we simply replied no not yet, we were awaiting your instruction.
