GoogleDon't normally write reviews but clee definitely deserve one after months of my nagging (no fault of their own) to chase and find out information from the vendor solicitors. They have been nothing but helpful through out! Special mention to Julie you been a star! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell/buy.

GoogleI recently sold a property and instructed Clees as the selling agent. Throughout the whole process Chris kept me in the loop, was proactive and worked hard to get the best possible price for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his team.

GoogleI had a positive experience selling my property through Clee Thomkinson Francis. Professional service throughout. Jacquie their sales negotiator was particularly helpful in communicating between the solicitors and the buyers, which kept the wheels turning and the process moving. Chris who came out to the property for the intitial valuation to demonstrate their service offering, was professional and friendly. I had multiple valuations from other local estate agents and CTF came out on top in all the criteria I was looking for in an agent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thanks for the great service.
Thank you so much for your great 5 star review, we are very grateful for your positive feedback. We were delighted to help you with your sale and hope to assist you again at some point in the future.

GoogleDealt with various branches of Clee across South Wales for viewings, all very friendly and helpful, but really appreciated Mick from the Llandovery branch. Very friendly, willing to help and answer questions, and also very patient. A great example of what you'd expect from an estate agent. :)

GoogleHad a great experience with ctf purchasing my first home - really friendly & helpful staff and always great communication. Encountered a lot of agencies in my house search and a lot of unethical practises but ctf were a dream!
