GoogleThey are a waste of time, falsely advise properties of sellers having no clear intentions which would result in you loosing money on surveys, solicitors and potentially future plans.

Dear Valencio, Firstly, we would like to thank you for taking the time to leave us a review based on your experience. Without going into too much detail I would like to highlight the fact that the sale was proceeding as planned until the day of exchange when you attempted to renegotiate the price down by £15,000. The sellers had every intention of selling the property and since then have already agreed another sale. Your attempt to renegotiate the price at the last hour was the cause of the entire chain collapsing which you knew about and even though the seller and ourselves managed to financially contribute to your renegotiated price to try and keep the sale alive, the onward chain lost confidence in you as a buyer and decided to withdraw their property. If your renegotiation attempt was never made, you would have been happily settled in your new home by now. Furthermore, after discussing the reasons as to why you felt the need to renegotiate the price you advised that you were unaware of the increased stamp duty liabilities once you got married. From the point you making an offer you were pushing to exchange on the property before your wedding date which indicates that you were fully aware of the increased stamp duty liabilities. Never the less thank you again for leaving a review and best of luck with your property search.

GoogleWe chose CKB to sell our property, Andy & Jemma was supporting us with the sale. Both are very professional very kind and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Always listened to us and our requirements before allowing viewers into our property. Honestly, i can’t fault them both and the service they provided us. Jemma did the majority of our viewings, she was always happy and so enthusiastic (my 1yo loved her!) Thanks for all your time and effort in finding us a buyer. My husband spoke with Cengiz quite frequently too, who always made time for him and was happy to help. The second point I’d like to make is actually about a fake review below left approx. a week ago. In their review they refer to the seller as having “no clear intentions to sell”. Well, that seller is my husband and I, and believe me we had all the intentions to sell our property. We naively packed over Christmas as we were given an exchange date of 10.01.22 and really did not expect any issues. Our buyers sent us an email on the date we were supposed to be exchanging contracts asking for a £20,000 price reduction (which later on that day they reduced it to £15,000 - very kind of them!). Of course, as a result of their actions the entire chain collapsed, and they caused a massive inconvenience to everyone involved. Yes, the individual who had the audacity to leave the 1* review was absolutely right, we all lost money on searches, solicitor fees and a private survey. Nonetheless, CKB was fantastic once again and found us a new buyer within a few days. Thanks CKB

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience of my life with a letting agency. I would strongly suggest using literally any other letting agency in London, do not waste your time here. EDIT: In response to the agency's response here, it is laughable you do not have our details considering we launched formal complaints against you.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I'm afraid that I am unable to locate your details on our database to investigate into the matter and help resolve the issues you have been experiencing with our services. Please contact our office when you can so that we can discuss further. Kind Regards Management. Edit: Further to your edited reply we have now looked into the matter further and located the property in relation to your complaint. You are correct, you did loge a formal complaint against our agency through the property ombudsman despite advising you numerous times that the decision by the existing Tenant to refuse to vacate the property on the agreed date was completely out of our hands. As you have referred to your "formal" complaint it is also worth mentioning that The Property Ombudsman, after reviewing the both sides, decided to closed the case and take no further action as our actions were deemed reasonable, fair and the decision by the Tenant not to vacate the property on the date originally agreed was, once again, out of our control. As we have advised plenty of times, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you however we too spent plenty of time, resources and accumulated costs with relation to preparing the administrative tasks in readiness for your Tenancy which did not materialize.
