GoogleI purchased my new house through Churchill Estates and Sally was the agent who was handling the sale. I cannot recommend her enough. She was very helpful throughout the process and constantly kept me informed with how things were going. I would definitely use this agents again.

GoogleRecently sold my flat through Churchills in Wanstead, dealing mainly with Andy & Sally. Can't fault the service I received. Andy impressed me right from the beginning with his professionalism and his sincere friendliness. I was kept up to date with progress and when things got a little stressful with events down the chain I was reassured and calmed by their handling of things. Would not hesitate to recommend Churchills, and especially Andy Binnington, to anyone wanting to sell their property.

GoogleA great experience with a great agent. I dealt with Andy from Churchill's based out of Wanstead high street, and I can say it was an absolute pleasure liaising with Andy. From the very start to the completion Andy dealt with me in a very professional manner, all queries I had were dealt with promptly and I never got any aggro from him even when frustration was high on my side. I have dealt with many agents in my time but i can say without fail Andy and Churchill Estates are the best i have done business with! Not forgetting the rest of the team at Churchill, whenever Andy was not available the team helped as much as they could and did not shy away from helping even when they had little knowledge of the case. wishing Andy and the team all the success in the future!

GoogleI recently booked an amazing flat via Churchill Estates and the entire experience was GREAT, from start to finish. Andy Binnington was super helpful and provided me with honest advise during the whole purchase process. He helped me out with all the paperwork, so the entire process was completed smoothly. I really appreciate the fact that everything was explained to me in a very transparent way. Andy was always approachable via on phone even outside his working hours. All in all a great service. Keep it up Andy!!!

Google5 star service indeed from Jamie and the rest of the team at Churchills. I was selling my deceased parents' vacant house from a distance and Jamie never complained (at least not in my earshot :) ) when I asked him to "pop over to the house" to check something in the loft or read the gas meter etc etc. The house was snapped up quickly and the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly. Thanks guys!

GoogleJamie and the team gave great service throughout the purchase process and I would highly recommend them. They were very helpful - and knowledgeable - during the viewing and offer stages and then were always quick to help when issues needed resolving between acceptance of offer and completion.Jamie is very easy to discuss things with and deal with generally and his team equally so. In fact they have also been extremely supportive in helping me resolve one or two minor issues since I've moved in - it is one of the most positive experiences I've had with an estate agent.
You are a legend, thank you for being a great buyer and one of the most kindest men I have ever met.

Juan in sales was always extremely helpful as so were the letting staff as well since purchase in sorting out any issues. Very satisfied on all accounts. GoogleWorking with Churchill South Woodford was an absolute pleasure. They understood my search criteria from the offset and steered me to a more suitable property for my needs than the property I enquiried about. That property I subsequently made an offer on and after some straight forward negotiations, the offer was accepted. It was clear as a buyer that they had their vendors interests at heart but they do really care about their buyers too and kept me very well informed throughout the process. Often my questions were answered before I had a chance to ask for them. They say buying a property is stressful, especially as a first time buyer. I didn’t experience this thanks to Alison, Tracey and the team and I would definitely recommend buying through Churchill South Woodford and will certainly be speaking to them when I come to selling or letting in the future.
