GoogleAmanda at Churchill Estates Wanstead is great. She handled our rental efficiently, negotiated a good price and has always been easy to contact ever since, making sure the whole process goes smoothly. After moving in, the management side of the business has looked after us very well, carrying out minor repairs professionally and keeping us well-informed throughout the process. Highly recommended.

GoogleExactly the same has happened to us, they have moved in a really noisy and anti-social family in to a flat in our block, the noise affects the 3 other neighbours with there constant noise from 10 am to gone midnight EVERYDAY....called Churchills really not interested in helping or care for that matter..... had to give one star as you cant go any lower...!!!!! have spoken to the council and Churchills should and could do more but they only give you excuses why they can't help....

GoogleI have done business with the team at the Wanstead branch for over 5 years now. I deal with the branch manager Alex David who is very knowledgeable in the 'Wanstead' market. I find them to be highly motivated and professional. Its worth mentioning that their sales rate is very high in the coverage area. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI would really like to say thank you to Ryan Kay for all his help in helping me and my family in finding our property in Chingford. He is very hard working and great at communication, with any problem he is always happy to help. Every time I needed to change an appointment or needed advice he was very helpful and responded very quick by email or phone. Also very big thank you to Janet McDonald for all her help, she is very welcoming and respectable. And pretty. ;) haha. GoogleI have known Jamie Clark for a number of years now and have always sought his expertise on the local housing market in Buckhurst Hill. He also marketed my property some years ago. The sale never went through as a result of the financial crash, but Jamie was a complete professional throughout the whole process and even suggested that I pull out when it was apparent that the sale was no longer in my best interest. I would have no hesitation in using Jamie for any property sale in the future.
