GoogleI purchased my house from a vendor that used Churchill estates. Sally and Andy were helpful throughout and struck a good balance between acting in their client’s best interests and getting the sale over the line. Can’t say fairer than that really!

From the initial meeting right through to exchange Andy was personal, professional, always available and constantly kept us updated without having to chase. The team at Churchill’s certainly exceeded our expectations, if you want a seamless, stress free sale then look no further!

GoogleAs a buyer, I found Churchill's helpful and professional to deal with. There were a few issues with surveys, negotiations, etc, along the way (no issues with Churchill's themselves), but over the course of 6 months Andy and Sally were always available and kept us informed, and we got there in the end! Of course as a buyer, you don't choose the agent, but if it happens to be Churchill's, you're in luck!

GoogleI cannot recommend the Wanstead branch of Churchills highly enough. The Sales team, Andy and Sally worled extremely hard for us, both in terms of the sale and in their dealings with the estate agents at the other end. I really felt supported by them and they helped smooth what felt to be a difficult process. Both Andy and Sally are extremely knowledgeable aboout their field, which was reassuring, and were lovely people to deal with as well.Thanks so much!

GoogleSo pleased we decided to choose Churchill Estates in Wanstead to sell our parents house. From the start they were professional and informative, Sally was the main agent dealing with the sale of the house, she was brilliant, we were constantly updated with what was happening, never had to chase them about anything, and Sally was always very helpful with advice, she has a vast amount of experience in the property market and we were very grateful for all her advice.

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Churchills. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. Sally was in touch regularly as the purchase progressed. Any queries about the property were dealt with quickly, and on completion day we were contacted when the keys were ready to be collected.

GoogleAfter renting for 14 years and dealing with countless estate agents I finally managed to save enough for a deposit.Dealing with Churchill Estates was the best experience I ever had with agency’s.Very knowledgable,nice,polite and understanding of my circumstances around the house buy.I highly recommend Ryan from Churchill South.Don’t underestimate him because he is young.Realy nice guy and very professional.

Google"To whom it may concern, Now that we have completed and moved into ***************** I would like to extend some feedback to you. I would like to thank you and Churchills for making the sale go through as smoothly as possible. Other than when someone at your branch was kind enough to allude to the former owner that we were stalling so we could try and get the house for less money. Something that was entirely grounded on zero facts. We simply wanted what was wrong with it, to be sorted. When I rang I talked to someone who told me they had over 20 years of experience and are there to look after the sellers needs. £XXX,XXX may not be much to you but it is the world to us and we take spending that much very seriously. And as buyers you should have also been looking after our needs as well. Instead when I rang Churchills I was talked down to when in fact the culprit should have simply apologised. Buying a house is stressful enough without external forces stirring things up. The reason I haven't stated any name here is simply this. I do not wish anyone to get into any trouble over this. I would however hope that they reflect on this and take heed." Would I use them to buy through again? Probably not.
