A great experience with a great agent. I dealt with Andy from Churchill's based out of Wanstead high street, and I can say it was an absolute pleasure liaising with Andy. From the very start to the completion Andy dealt with me in a very professional manner, all queries I had were dealt with promptly and I never got any aggro from him even when frustration was high on my side. I have recently moved into my new home after selling and buying through Churchill's. I can not recommend them enough, my house sold on the first viewing, the photos were lovely and def showed off the house well. Both my purchase and sale were not straightforward but Sally and Andy were very helpful, always on the end of the phone and happy to answer any queries I had. Sally went above and beyond, not only chasing up my buyers but even their buyers solicitors which made a huge difference. I'm sure I drove her a little mad as it had been many years since I last moved but she was understanding and patient. Decent estate agents make a huge difference to how smoothly and stressful a move can be and these guys certainly helped keep me sane.

The people in the office are not very friendly or personable - one person in particular is rude, her telephone manner is awful. I guess they think because they have so much business they can treat customers in a way? Maybe a bit 'up themselves'? I don't know why so many people list their properties with this company. They've lost my business. As a tenant I wont be renting a property from them again. I gave them 1 star because their tenant fees are reasonable.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Chalk from Churchill's estate agency lettings department in North Chingford. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, he is very professional and he answered telephone calls and emails were literally dealt with immediately! Obviously when moving house there is quite a lot to think about and many questions that needed to be answered, Michael answered and responded to our questions, every time, I never had to call back for an answer. Michael demonstrated professionalism at its highest level, unfortunately, not all not all estate agents live up to this kind of standard, but Michael really excelled himself and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
