Completed a purchase thru Churchill during the third national lockdown. Jack Johnson was incredibly helpful, and did an expert job of navigating a complex chain for us, making sure the whole process went smoothly from start to finish, despite multiple difficulties upstream in the chain. He kept us continually informed step by step, whilst ensuring that communication occurred smoothly between all three parties as well as their solicitors, and nursed the process successfully to completion. Churchills Wanstead Estate Agents provided an excellent service in every detail. In a very difficult Covid related market we instructed Churchills Wanstead to sell our relative's one bedroom retirement accommodation. Although the applicant made themselves known very quickly after initial instruction there were issues involving the chain plus lease extension but we are now due to complete in less than two weeks time.
