Our property had been listed elsewhere for several months with no interest whatsoever, but we received multiple offers around asking price on our first weekend with Churchill, which shows the difference a proactive estate agent can make! After that, our sale went through a lengthy and occasionally difficult conveyancing process, but Dean and the team remained professional and supportive throughout, nudging things along where needed and helping to ensure that the whole thing didn't collapse. We sold our house through Churchill Estate Agents and I highly recommend them, they are definitely the best in Chingford. We tried the other Estate Agents in the past but none of them could get the job done. Our experience of Churchills from start to finish was exceptional. We bought and sold through Churchills recently, and were hugely impressed with the whole team and their level of client service. Our estate agent, Kate Sullivan, has a sixth sense when it comes to understanding her clients' needs, negotiating on their behalf and, crucially, guiding them through the stressful process of selling and buying property. She was a source of sage advice and support throughout the whole process, and saved us from ourselves negotiation wise on more than one occasion! Her knowledge of the local market and her vast experience are impressive, but more than that, she clearly has a passion for helping people find their dream home and goes above and beyond to make sure they secure it. She second guesses where there are likely to be issues or delays and gets ahead of them, continually chasing throughout the chain to make sure things stay on track. After previous dealings with estate agents who are all gloss and no substance, it came as a refreshing change to work with Kate, who works tremendously hard for her clients and really cares about them. We can’t recommend her highly enough. The whole Churchills team operates slickly, with seamless collaboration. When we were in the lucky position of having multiple ‘best and final’ offers on the table for our property, we went into the branch and had an in depth briefing that involved Kate, Phil and Luke, the Mortgage Adviser who works out of Churchills three days a week. All three of them knew our potential buyers well and Luke picked up the phone and spoke to each of them in real time while we were in the branch to assess their relative positions, giving us valuable feedback to help our decision. The Churchills team really are first class team, a cut above the rest!

I cannot rate Churchill’s highly enough. Having experienced a number of local estate agents in the area it was refreshing to deal with an agent who ensured they understood exactly what we were after and were clear and direct at all times, rather than either being dismissive because they had more than enough interest in a property or making fake promises (all of which we had experienced with other agents). Once we’d made our offer and had it accepted, Phil was on hand to communicate with us at all times as to the status of the transaction and what was required from us and what was outstanding.
