Churchills Wanstead Estate Agents provided an excellent service in every detail. In a very difficult Covid related market we instructed Churchills Wanstead to sell our relative's one bedroom retirement accommodation. Although the applicant made themselves known very quickly after initial instruction there were issues involving the chain plus lease extension but we are now due to complete in less than two weeks time. Special mention for Sally Tierney who is a complete star and she stuck with us faithfully and unflaggingly for nearly a year.
