GoogleExcellent Service turns out selling your house is the easy part! Churchills were very good at marketing my house, handling the viewings and negotiating the deal. However, where they excelled was in closing the sale. Keeping on top of the surveys, solicitors and all the elements of the chain that can derail the process. My sale had some unexpected challenges and Andy was first class at helping to get them sorted, without his support and commitment I am not sure it would have happened. GoogleAll staff at Churchill were extremely professional at handling our sale and purchase and Jack was an absolute star. From the very start, he displayed great enthusiasm about our house and extensive knowledge of the local market. He was patient while we were viewing properties until we found the one that we liked. GoogleI can only speak highly of the team at Buckhurst Hill, not only did they rent my flat at one stage they more recently sold my flat . They are efficient and straight forward to deal with , not the usual ‘over the top’ selling patter you get with most estate agents ! Must also say thanks to Jake who was always at the office to answer any questions when needed. If you want a professional, honest and responsive agent to offer advice and sell your house, these are the ones to instruct.

They were friendly, helpful and very professional, and when there was a problem they were always straight on to it, sorting it out immediately. GoogleCompleted a purchase thru Churchill during the third national lockdown. Jack Johnson was incredibly helpful, and did an expert job of navigating a complex chain for us, making sure the whole process went smoothly from start to finish, despite multiple difficulties upstream in the chain. He kept us continually informed step by step, whilst ensuring that communication occurred smoothly between all three parties as well as their solicitors, and nursed the process successfully to completion. All this was done thru the Christmas / New Years period, as well as a national lockdown. Cannot recommend both Jack and Churchill Wanstead highly enough; we were extremely impressed.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Sally and Andy and all of the team were brilliant during what were two fairly tricky transactions, ensuring the process kept moving and that I always knew where things had got to. The personnel in the Wanstead office collectively have a unique skill set; excellent communicators listening and responding appropriately. Working cohesively in an unhurried manner offering sound professional advice which demonstrated to me that their training was that of a very high standard. The team helped me make decisions during difficult moments as well as with with my onward purchase. They offered expert help with regard to legal contacts and damp-proofing consultants. I was never pressured or forced on the sale and it was altogether a pleasure to work in a collaborative way with Churchill’s. The fees were much lower than other agents showing a fair attitude to a seller during the pandemic years. Overall selling my house with the support of the manager and his team was a seamless experience and to me simply a reinforcement of their very high business standards and established reputation.
