Andy and Sally are professional, knowledgeable & efficient, and at the same time exceptionally caring and friendly - always happy to liaise with solicitors, buyers & sellers on my behalf. Lauren too, who carried out most of the viewings here, was so pleasant & helpful to prospective buyers that these visits were really enjoyable & productive. This whole team were always prepared to 'go the extra mile'. I have told all my friends in Wanstead that, if they ever decide to move, I can highly recommend Churchills.

We sold our house and bought a flat through Churchills Estates in Wanstead. They acted so quickly and efficiently our house sold in two weeks. The buying process was not so easy. We waited ages for details from the seller but our Churchills representative, Sally, was proactive making many inquiries, calls and emails to move the process on. With Sally’s experienced help we finally completed. All the staff in the Wanstead office were friendly and efficient. Sally was exceptionally.

We bought a property for our elderly Mum in Wanstead through Churchill’s last year. For various reasons the process took almost a year to go through and the experience was horrendous for everyone involved. Every issue under the sun came up and it was almost like it was never going to happen. Week after week we kept hitting hurdles and our Mum was going out of her mind with the stress of it all. And yet, throughout the whole thing the team at Churchill’s, lead by Sally and Andy, were always helpful, courteous and professional, driving things along when all the other experts, agents and solicitors were in a mess. I’m not sure it would have eventually gone through had it not been for their assistance.
