I can say that Janet from Churchill's was the only one who had a handle on the whole chain and was solely responsible for pushing the sale/exchange and getting completion finalised. I had the absolute pleasure to utilise Churchill Estates in Wanstead to purchase my very first home. After years and years of house-hunting and unsuccessful previous attempts to buy my house, I came across the perfect home for me with Churchill Estates. As a first time buyer I had lots of questions and insecurities. Sally was brilliant and she put up with a LOT of difficulty! The seller’s lawyer delayed everything a lot and was then shut down because they were under criminal investigation, which was a nightmare for us and the seller - she kept us updated, she took documents over to the new lawyer, she did everything she could to help. Even after the sale, she let us bring post in to pass onto the seller (they didn’t change their address for quite a while for some reason). She really went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Sally!
