GoogleI’ve just completed on my first home with Churchill’s South Woodford and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. David and Stella were brilliant at communicating constantly throughout the sale, which was a bit tricky at times and even since completing have offered plenty of support. There were plenty of anxious moments being a first time buyer but they always put me at ease with detailed information and sound advice!

GoogleDavid has been the most amazing agent I have ever worked with. What was supposed to be a quick sale turned into a long adventure, but he was there to help and advise along the way, always answering any questions I had and generally going above and beyond with solicitors, managing agents, landlords and brokers. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience with Churchills and especially with David, I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and personal agent!

GoogleWe were unsuccessful with an online estate agent, so turned to Churchills after a recommendation. Phil got photos arranged and a new listing posted very quickly and easily, and then David took excellent care of us after that - we were sold within the week! There is always someone available at the end of the phone and everyone at Churchills provided a highly responsive, amazing local service. Highly recommend. .

GoogleI’d like to say thank you to Sally and Lauren at Churchills Wanstead, for guiding a complete property novice through what was a long and stressful conveyancing process (not the fault of Churchills) for the purchase of a retirement property. Lauren was there for the viewings and gave me the space and freedom to look round a couple of properties, without being pushy; unlike an experience I had with another company. Sally was there, guiding the sale and keeping us up to date on a regular basis. Both Sally and Lauren would also respond to phone call requests and emails promptly, unlike some experiences that friends and family have had with other estate agents over the years. So whether you’re a seasoned property player, or a novice, rest assured that the Team at Churchills Wanstead will look after you well. Thank You to all of you.

After years and years of house-hunting and unsuccessful previous attempts to buy my house, I came across the perfect home for me with Churchill Estates. As a first time buyer I had lots of questions and insecurities. I had the pleasure to deal with Andy, Wanstead Churchill's branch manager, and Lauren who kindly showed me the flat and arranged all the meetings. As a buyer you sometimes feel Agencies try to make the full interest of the seller, Andy actually took time to explain all the details of the house I was interested in, and helped me valuating both all the pros and cons I could encounter, and I thought he was extremely professional and fair in acting as the mediator during the negotiation phase, THANK YOU Andy! GoogleWe absolutely had an amazing experience with Robin at Churchill's in Chingford Mount. After dealing with numerous estate agents looking for our forever home and getting mis led and poorly managed, Robin was a breath of fresh air. He made it possible for our offer to be accepted, assisted us in finding a suitable Solicitor and was very accommodating whenever we needed to get acces to the property before completion. We are very happy with the services we received from Robin and Churchill's and would definitely recommend their services for anyone looking for their home.

GoogleThe South Chingford team, especially Robin and Janet, were brilliant in helping us sell mum's property. They were extremely professional in marketing and valuing the property and securing a preferred purchaser from two buyers submitting bids. We were kept fully up to date with all stages of the process and would fully recommend.

I can say that Janet from Churchill's was the only one who had a handle on the whole chain and was solely responsible for pushing the sale/exchange and getting completion finalised.
