GoogleI can honestly say that Church & Hawes, Maldon Branch were excellent in all stages of marketing this property. A probate valuation was provided, and after we finally obtained the probate, the house was placed on the market. C & H carried out a thorough measurement, took the photos and gave a fair appraisal of the property. As we live some distance away, C & H handled each viewing expertly and kept us fully informed. I have no hesitation in recommending Church & Hawes at Maldon- the team there are really good.

They were always super helpful, professional and friendly & made a difficult & very emotional sale proceed as easy as it could be. GoogleThe customer service from start to finish was exemplary. David, Nathan and Adam were superb, from the initial appointment, the photos by Adam and always being happy to show prospective buyers around. We felt they had complete control of the sale. An added bonus, which is a big bonus in our eyes is having Nick as the resident Sales Progressor. Nick was always at the end of the phone and kept us fully appraised at all times. Superb.
