GoogleNathan is a credit to Church & Hawes. He handled the purchase of our new home with diligence, patience and exceptional service. He pushed for answers, moved the chain along and ensured we got the results we needed. I’m sure we drove him mad with questions, but he always responded with grace and at speed to provide what I can only describe as a five star service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone selling a property in Burnham to use Church & Hawes. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Rob and his team have kept us updated at every step through to exchange less than 5 month later.

GoogleWe originally bought our house in Danbury through Church and Hawes, and having had such a good service then, it made sense to sell with them too. Although the sale wasn't straightforward, I can vouch for Kevin and Rob's professionalism and readiness to help throughout the process. Kevin saw the sale through from start to finish, and was clear and realistic about pricing, and gave an honest appraisal of the market. Communication was excellent throughout the sale process. Cannot recommend Church and Hawes highly enough.

GoogleNow in my retirement years, we decided to move to Burnham-on-Crouch and after many months of searching for the right property, we finally found the one right for us. Although our property was not on the market at this time, it was important to us to make things happen quickly as this was the only property on our radar. Nathan at the Burnham office worked with us and the vendor to help the transaction move as easy as possible while Nick constently kept us updated with the progress within the chain. In just under 5 months from first seeing the property, we have now exchanged contracts and preparing for the move.

They found a buyer pretty quickly and were able to recommend solicitors and removal co (without being pushy!)
