GoogleWe recently sold our property through Church & Hawes and couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, Neil Ewer was professional, approachable and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt kept up to date and informed, which made the whole process feel much easier and less stressful. Our sale was with no onward chain, but Neil and the team still made sure everything progressed smoothly and efficiently right through to completion. Overall, it was a really positive experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending Church & Hawes, and particularly Neil, to anyone looking to sell their property. GoogleI cannot begin to explain just how amazing Lisa Clark (Maldon Office) has been for the last two months, solid, in helping and supporting my 72 year old father through his move since becoming homeless unexpectedly. I don't think there has been a week, if not a day that we haven't spoken/emailed. Lisa has repeatedly gone over and above for our family to ensure my father was housed as quickly as possible in a very uncertain and worrying time for us. Lisa also facilitated one to one support for my dad to complete some of the forms he was struggling to navigate and liaised with us in such a caring and thoughtful manner she felt like someone we could really trust in this daunting process. She genuinely cared and did everything she possibly could to help house him. Thankfully, with no doubt whatsoever -because of Lisa- my dad is now safe and secure in a wonderful property let by Church & Hawes and we could not be more grateful to Lisa and all of her dedicated team. Lisa was recommended to us by colleagues from another branch and they were not wrong when they explained we would be in "safe hands" with Lisa. Her reputation precedes her. She is fantastic. GoogleSo after a year with another Estate Agent and multiple false starts and sales that fell through we felt enough was enough and decided to go with the Estate that had been local all the time we'd lived in the area; Church and Hawes. From the outset it felt like a professional, organised and well run outfit. We were met by Grant at the SWF Office who talked us through their process. We had a decent offer quickly which we accepted and despite a slightly awkward chain (leasehold properties) Church and Hawes were on it throughout. One of their biggest strengths is keeping the customer informed. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending C&H and would just go straight to them in the future. It just isn't worth the hassle going with anyone else.
