Church & Hawes Maldon office marketed and sold our house in Wickham Bishops. We cannot talk highly enough of them. Particularly Andy Weller, but also the other members of the team, worked tirelessly to sell the property and then to maintain contact with the other agents and solicitors in the chain to achieve the earliest possible exchange and completion. Throughout the process (which involved many hiccups on the way) Church and Hawes maintained regular contact with us updating us at least weekly or when any significant progress was made and provided good advice to us at every stage. We offer them our grateful thanks and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone wishing to sell their property

I have just sold my flat and used Church and Hawes estate agents in Maldon. Neil handled the sale. He was extremely professional and approachable. He was pro-active in that he regularly contacted the buyer and buyer's solicitors to find out how things were progressing and relayed that information to me. If I had a query it was answered immediately. He took away a lot of the stress that can be associated with buying or selling property. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and can honestly say that, due to Neil's expertise, this experience has been the most stress free and professional I have encountered.

On both occasions the team have worked tirelessly to ensure the processes were as smooth as possible (even if selling was a little spiky!). With an honest approach to the market and valuations, a keen desire to sell the property, a constant open line of communication and being 'happy' to be a listening ear when the stresses of moving become all a little too much, sorry guys! SUPERB EFFICIENT SERVICE FROM THE WHOLE TEAM AT MALDON The whole team at Church and Hawes in Maldon have been supportive and patient throughout what has been a lengthy process of sale for us, including one long and eventually abortive chain, before final success. They have also always been courteous, pleasant and prompt in their dealings with us. This was the case right up to the very last minute when they volunteered to help us with a tech issue to do with our completion. Although we do include all the team in our commendation, we would mention two names in particular. Glenn Church, the Director, has treated us personally as more than just clients and has managed to liaise seamlessly with everyone involved in our sale, including providing weekly updates. Daniel Brown has been helpful to us beyond normal expectations. Church and Hawes in Maldon have gone above and beyond our expectations and made what could have been a very stressful process at least quite bearable. We would not hesitate to recommend Church and Hawes in Maldon to anyone who needs the services of an estate agent. In fact, we have already done so. Overall - EXCELLENT.

I can honestly say that Church & Hawes, Maldon Branch were excellent in all stages of marketing this property. A probate valuation was provided, and after we finally obtained the probate, the house was placed on the market. C & H carried out a thorough measurement, took the photos and gave a fair appraisal of the property. As we live some distance away, C & H handled each viewing expertly and kept us fully informed.
