GoogleI can’t thank Kevin Atterbury enough for all his help throughout my home-buying process. From start to finish, he was professional, proactive, and always kept me informed. Kevin went above and beyond to chase things up with the conveyancers and make sure everything stayed on track, which made a huge difference and really helped to reduce the stress of buying a home. He was always quick to respond to my questions, gave clear advice, and genuinely cared about getting things completed smoothly. I’d highly recommend Kevin and the team at Church & Hawes to anyone buying or selling a property.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service throughout the whole journey of buying my first home. Aaron went truly above and beyond from the first viewing and then helping with the numerous issues I had during the purchase / conveyancing process. This was done with only the intention and purpose of wanting to both help and support both myself and the seller, and being fully understanding and aware of the situation on a personal and professional at the same time. All I can say is that Church and Hawes South Woodham Ferrers are everything that any and every estate agent should aim to be like. Truly exemplary and cannot give them enough positive feedback or praise.

Every time I contacted the branch with a question or suggestion I was met with a quick and professional response. Regular updates were provided and a report after every viewing. Throughout the whole, stressful, process of buying/selling property they kept in touch with me, replied promptly to any email queries I had and liaised with the seller on my behalf for any 'silly' questions I had. I was impressed and reassured with the advice and guidance they offered me during the process of my property going onto the market. I had several issues with buyers along the way when selling my property (outside of the control of C & H), but Church & Hawes kept me up to date and offered me advice when required.
