Although they were the sellers agent, Rob Wells went above & beyond to keep us up to date with any issues. He was incredibly patient with all our queries & definitely instrumental in getting the chain over the final hurdle. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services

About Church & Hawes in Burnham on Crouch! Not very happy at all with this company😡 They do credit checks with HomeLet which they use an old method and not an update system for credit checks. We have a good credit score with Experia, and they let us down with a bad score. Credit score it should be one and the same. I guess that's how they making money! Also we lost our money and the house! Waste of time and money. Why people go to them, when you can save lots of money when you can go direct with the landlord? Avoid this company!!

I have never been treated so badly by a company that is selling me something, let alone a substantial item such as a house. My local agent in Burnham on Crouch was downright rude and slow in communication. I would never deal with this company again or recommend them to anyone

GooglePhone the estate agents about a problem with someone renting a house out next door to me he is parking his car in from of a garage with no parking and rubbish , have had a few complaints about this person and it hasn't been sorted out , wouldn't use this estate agents to wash a bowl would probably do it wrongNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe are very pleased with Church & Hawes, especially Rob Blake who negotiated us through our sale, with a very awkward chain and even worse conveyancing solicitors. Rob was persistent and prompt with all communications and his experience as an estate agent helped us a great deal. We would easily use Church and Hawes again.
