GoogleSpecial thanks to Ms Vicky Rice.. She responded immediately to us as soon as we emailed her about our radiator system not working. Likewise, in less than an hour, A technician was sent us and arranged to set it up again.. I am also grateful for her prompt response to every issue sent to her via email..

GoogleA huge thank you to Curtis and Ethan for their help in the sale of my property. Exceptional circumstances made it a challenging and possibly unique sale. Without their support and effective communication between myself, the family of the tenant and my buyer, I’m not sure this sale would have happened. GoogleRented my property with Choices and its the worst experience ever. I was left with a damaged property, late payments, lost money. Communication is really bad and they are only interested in taking money from the landlord. Rent with them at your own risk.

GoogleMichael Silk of Choices Estate Agent is like a God sent. I met him during one of my lower time searching for an apartment. He supervised the viewing of 20 Spring Lane and unfortunately the landlord did not let out the property to me. Since that time Michael had taken it upon himself to make sure he gets me a good place. My wife and I called him day and night and he never got tired of answering the calls. In fact everyone who was aware that I need an apartment already knows Michael as my agent, even some thought I knew him way back. And behold, I moved into property with my family yesterday and all thanks to Michael. He got us a love property and my family loves it. My sincere appreciation to Daniel(Manager), Choices Estate Agent Croydon and Most especially Michael Silk, he is a good man.

GoogleHad a viewing with Abbi in Merstham - unfortunately, she misled me by giving me false information about the property. I asked her to verify the information first as she said she wasn’t sure - she then told me that she had checked but when at the viewing, it was evident that she didn’t bother checking. Disappointing and very unprofessional behaviour from her. She wasted my time.
