GoogleI have used choices in Croyden to find my flat! I did use William Donker and I find him very satisfied and helpful I did recommend my uncle to him and got him only 2 days to find a flat for them I will recommend to all my friends at work and family cos this guy is such a hard worker

GoogleI have had the best team member of Choices help me throughout my many years being a tenant at my current property. When I first started seeking a property I had a gentleman name, Will Donkor help me. He took interest in what kind of property I was seeking and the available times I was able to view and has GREAT customer service skills. He found me an amazing flat and has always been willing to help when I needed to send a message to the landlord. I will be using Choices again when I'm looking to move and will be seeking the assistance of Will Donkor.

GoogleMy experience with Choices as tenant was great. The agents are very nice and helpful. They followed and support me at any time during renting process. They used to updated me early in the morning, that means as soon as possible. Moreover, they help me to get from landlord all the things that need to be fixed done. I am glad that they are managing the property that I rent it, as I am sure they will give me a good service and support throughout the time I will stay in the house how they just did so far. Thanks guys, you are doing a great job😃👍👏

GoogleVery professional and responsible team. Articulate and competent making the letting process much easier. First time landlord so was very apprehensive and mostly alien to legislation and regulations entailed. Found Afrahim particularly helpful and insightful, and of course Will. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleRented for a year with choices horley, when we left they tried to take 700 quid from our deposit for the silliest of little things: 1. The tray for powder in washing machine was dirty, easy miss 2. Some dirt/food on the hinge of the dishwasher 3. They inspected the house a week after we left, in the mean time the postman came and posted letters, as he does, a photo was taken of the letters on the ground, I mean really? 4. They tried to charge us for a full carpet deep clean even though on the check in inventory when we first moved in was described as covered in dog hair 5. We cleaned the fridge top to bottom but left a jar of milk for tea in morning which was forgotten about in the haste of moving out. Again not a big problem to remove Just be aware people, you have been warned. I don't know where some of choices great reviews come from, it baffles me.
