Surprisingly I can't fault these estate agents. I've had a very pleasant time dealing with them and all questions I asked were answered promptly over email and with little fuss. The initial process was very smooth and well handled with the slight issue that the inventory time and key handover was at a slightly awkward time. Nicole was very helpful with the checkout process which was effortless and they let me return my keys to their office via the postbox which was helpful as I could work it to my own schedule.

Very bad agency ,they are bunch of thiefs ,I rented an apartment for almost 2 years never once did I miss payments. Done all was required for my check out, then comes the time to pay my deposit back they made a deal with the landlord to deprive me from my money, they made a cunning bill ,choices does not care about their client, bad customer services, and I'm sure we will all have fun in court.

I have recently been dealing with Choices Croydon who have helped me find pretty much the exact property I wanted. I found the staff to be very helpful In particular Shelby Mason who dealt with me from the start to the finish. I recently moved to England from the U.S. and I rented an apartment with Choices. My agent that helped me through this process was Tunde Roberts and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Finding a flat/apartment and the process of actually moving into the place can be a stressful experience, especially if you’re new to a country and learning how things work. Luckily, Choices was there to help every step of the way. Because of my busy work schedule, I needed to move into my flat ASAP. They worked hard for me and even worked past their business hours to ensure that the necessary work was done. I found my apartment that I wanted on a Saturday, and moved in on the following Tuesday (Keep in mind that Sunday was a non work day). I couldn’t be more happier with my experience with Choices and my agent Tunde. If you’re looking for a company to help you find a flat, look no further. Choices London is the way to go!

This person's leak is above my bathroom somewhere. The agent has been trying to tell me that until the leak's been fixed, there's nothing they can do. Since just before Christmas, my bathroom has gone from an inanimate room with a minor drip to being perhaps another month away from sentience. The mould has been steadily building up, and while I would love to welcome this new creature, now named Dave, into my abode, I'm not sure we'll get on well as my eczema has returned. This estate agent has no interest in my well-being; rather it wants me to stay there quietly so it can collect its profit each month."

Absolutely awful at corresponding. I emailed and rang several times about issues with the property and got a response almost two months later. The property was not up to the standard of the tenancy agreement and the agent certainly did not relay this information to the landlord. Correspondence was absolutely superb in the lead up to the payment of the agency fees...and shockingly sparse following. This is simply not up to any desirable standard of customer service. It is obvious that this agency feels it is acceptable to not take student tenants seriously. Choices are very unprofessional.

Reserved a house for rental on 8 Jan 2018 to be ready for 01 Mar 2018. Needed refurbishment and a new kitchen. No problem I was told. Two weeks later I told them that no work had been carried out on the house. No problem, the works will start in February. There did seem to be some evidence of works being carried out as a white van was often parked on the drive along with a skip. When we viewed on 28 Feb 2018 NOTHING had been done. CHOICES had not checked and made some excuse about not having a key. So much so I ended up in hospital because of the stress and we have had to put our furniture in storage and are staying in a hotel. There are plenty of Letting Agents - I would advise you to use someone else.
