GoogleWould give minus stars if I could. Appalling customer service, no communication (Every time I call they seem to be in court) , disorganised and deceiving. They have lied about signing new contracts, overcharged and never received full reimbursement. If you're buying / selling a house I cannot urge you enough not to use them. Use anyone else.... Their current rating does not represent their current levels of service.

GoogleI've been renting through choices for 7 years and I honestly don't have a single positive comment. The latest nightmare I've been put though I'm hoping will be my last. They will happily take your money but won't provide you with any help. They NEVER phone back when they say they will, every person you talk to gives you a different story. I've been left hanging for months now as noone has the decency to make contact with me and I refuse to call after the way I was spoken to last time. The branch need some serious training in customer service. If I ever spoke to customers the way I was spoken to I wouldn't still have a job.

GoogleI used this agency whilst renting a flat, the landlord and I experienced very conflicting stories from the agency. Choices seem to rely on employing people with little or no experience which is fine, but training is required. I emailed my issues to the MD, who initially was very hesitate, unwilling and protective over her team - however openly admitted that her whole team needed training!!! If you like a circus - this is a great show for Crawley town centre!
