GoogleChoices' customer service on the whole and especially customer service department in Redhill is appalling or non exisitent. Calls are not returned, emails not responded to, unless one persists and one can never get to speak to the manager. Their stock phrase is "we are very short staffed". They are happy to charge you but not provide the service you pay for. In fact, itseems to us that we pay them full management fees for us to manage them. We would not be recommending them to any other landlords.

GoogleFirst class service all the way, I found Williams knowledge of the market exceptional and he was able to match and meet with my requirements. Needless to say I am a very happy customer and would recommended very highly anyone thinking of moving to check in with William first at Choices.

GoogleSo,2 months ago I had an unpleasant experience with Mr. Afrahim Hussain - Croydon, who took me 500 pounds without a service. After taking the money he disappeared without finding him anymore. A very unserious company!

GoogleThe hunt for the right property can be so taxing. But Rauf's expertise of the market, professionalism and constant communication allowed for a peace of mind. My demands were met and my expectations were exceeded. Oh and him being handsome was a bonus :). Would definitely recommend if you would like a straightforward and pleasant experience!

GoogleI have used Choices Croydon to rent my portfolio of properties for over 7 years. I have never had any issues with rent, unrented periods or any problems with the company itself or tenants directly. They have always found excellent tenants for me who look after the properties as if they were their own . Most of my tenants have been with me 3 years or more. Any time an issue has arisen (and there has not been many at all thankfully), they deal with it in a very timely and professional manner. Their fees are very reasonable and I would not rent my properties with any other estate agents. I am very satisfied with the service that I have enjoyed to date.

GoogleI can not fault the service I have received from Choices in Croydon and in particular Joshua. I was in a tricky situation and needed to move quickly. With Joshua's 'can do' approach I was moved in quickly and easily. Everything Joshua promised to check and do he did, without me having to chase him and I felt I had his support even out of hours. Helpful, efficient and delivered on everything- Thank you!!

GoogleLooking for a flat is a very stressful experience and I was struggling to find an estate agent that I trusted. Will Dunken from Choices was extremely helpful, his communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and I felt very comfortable to ask him any question I had (not that there was much as he explained everything I needed to know in full detail), he was very flexible which is what I needed due to have a young child and working. He made moving house completely hassle free and ensured that I was settled. I would highly recommend Choices especially Will, I have nothing but praise for him and he is a credit to the company.
