GoogleWorse than rickets! Do not use this company if you value your life and sanity. Callbacks never completed Repairs not dealt with properly or at all Some rude staff (not all) Terrible landlords Avoid at all costs.

GoogleMy god these agents are tyrannical in the way they treat tenants. Constant harassment as they want to sell the property and want showings for potential buyers or new tenants (as we are leaving due to the House being for sale). After weeks of dry heat there were weeds in the front yard and they reported it through the Bond company. Didn't even email to ask me why it was slightly overgrown. A week after I was able to tend to the garden they email saying a contractor will clean it and I will be charged. STAY AWAY FROM CHOICES! They are very expensive with charges, and do all they can to access your bond.

In Crawley office the property manager Wendy , she is such a nice lady and always welcomed me and shorted out my problem in well way...also in choices, Amy from Admin side,she also help me out for all my account related stuff... I and my family has been rated this agency 5 star.... and appreciates there business.. Thank you so much choices guys for everything.. you guys always rock !!!!.
