GoogleRedhill choice i do not recmond anybody these people not trustworthy they took from me £500 holding deposite and after refrences they increase the rent its totly unfair and they breach the agreement when i said refund my money they did not .i "ll recommend in the area "LEADER" ANDREW THese estate agent a good nd take £250 nd that would be refundabe .....so plz do go to these dogi people.........

GoogleSo far very poor - have been trying to get numerous outstanding issues sorted since moved in September - nothing happened at all. Some members of staff very rude and not approachable and not prepared to help at all.

GoogleI really don't know where to start with this review of Choices, but if you're only planning on reading the first line of this and are considering renting a property from them then I would recommend considering another agent. After moving into our property we soon started to discover how disorganised they were. The property required some repairs and maintenance which was difficult to arrange and the landlord was even billed for some repairs which were not carried out. The move out however was the worst part of our dealings with Choices. Despite the landlord doing the check out inventory and him authorising the release of our deposit the very same day it took over a month to receive our deposit refund despite Choices having all the information they needed to release this within 48 hours. Troughout this time we dealt with Daniella in their customer service department in Redhill and I found her to be extremely rude in almost every bit of conversation I had with her and during one call she even slammed the phone down on me. A month after sending her our bank details twice she was still claiming the reason we hadn't had our money refunded was that she didn't have our bank details. It took me going into Sir office and speaking to a manager to finally get our deposit back. Won't be dealing with the again.

GoogleDo not give them holding deposit if you like rent property from them. They take this deposit but never give this back and you not get property is well. They took my £500 fo holding deposit and promised 100% to me I will get propery, but next day agency just told me I didn't pass some checking and I not get money back and property is well. So I with my pregnant wife end kids was throwed to the street. I'm very disappointed and angry about this letting agency. Never give them your money!

GoogleWe rented a flat through Horley/Redhill and the whole experience has been a nightmare starting from right the beginning. Staff that lie, aren't being transparent, don't tell you all the data up front. Staff came and went - no real personal contact with someone you can actually build a relationship. When we finally got into the flat, it hadn't been cleaned, very bad condition and the landlord was nowhere to be seen. Choices had trouble getting hold of him a couple of times so probably doesn't care less, maybe living in Spain from his rent income. After we checked out, we tried our best to make the flat more presentable than it was at the beginning (out of our own pride). A month an a bit later we still haven't heard on the deposit - Choices are saying they are "chasing the landlord" who hasn't been involved since the beginning. The flat is already rented out to someone else so the inventory would have been done and it should be easy to release the deposit, but no I have to wait.
