GoogleBig thanks to Nicola and Amy at Choices for all their help throughout the process. They were great from start to finish, always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything. They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were. Would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling. Thanks again!

GoogleUntrustworthy and misleading estate agent. Choice Estate Agent took money from tenants but informed me as the landlord that no tenants were found and that no rent had been paid. The rent was never transferred to me. This behavior felt dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I believe landlords should avoid this agency, as the lack of transparency caused me financial loss and stress.

GoogleIn marketing my property Nicola provided a valuation for me which I initially thought was a bit low and I insisted it was marketed at a higher value. Turns out her valuation was spot on, I hadn't taken into account the current market for my property type. Once a buyer was found Nicola and Grant were invaluable in their help both practically, meeting me at the property when I was missing a key, and throughout the sales process, chasing up on the buyer's solicitors and keeping me informed at all times. Their enthusiasm for what they do inspired confidence during a process which can at times be frustrating. I highly recommend them both.

GoogleHad a positive experience with these guys, after searching for days for a specific item which most places were giving 2 week+ lead times these guys were the only place that had what I was looking for available to pick up same day, the 55 minute drive was definitely worth it, the gentleman behind the counter was even able to advise me on how I could plug a 21.5mm Overflow pipe (Flomasta do not make these) and had the part available

GoogleI hate to say this but this agency needs a thorough investigation into their unexpected fees that occur once you move into the property.The one person they had that was helpful has left and I will try my hardest with my lawyer to make sure they get served with what they deserve don't use this company in any shape or form.
We are really sorry if you were disappointed with any service received during your tenancy, obviously when you are being evicted for non payment of rent things can be very stressful and difficult for you, but we did help you as much as possible during that process.

GoogleTerrible to work with- chased three times for a viewing, twice was told I‘d hear back; on the third try they miraculously had had viewings the day before. Then only available slot is suddenly 1.5 hours after a call as only availability. As if I hadn‘t shown enough interest, really rude. The guy who called me was named Grant and he tried saying it was me for not being available on short notice and that he simply hadn‘t invited me for the first viewing round while he never proactively messaged even for a later one.
Sorry to see this 1 star review. Unfortunately sometimes we are given very last minute time slots for viewing appointments which is out of our control however, that doesnt excuse a member of staff being rude to you. We will look into this further and ensure it is dealt with approprately because we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we are disappointed that this fell short on this occassion.
