GoogleHad a good experience with choices in sutton. Dealt with Christina a very brilliant lady. The other staff is also very friendly and swift. I rented a house threw them and discovered they don’t let u down.

GoogleVery bad agency ,they are bunch of thiefs ,I rented an apartment for almost 2 years never once did I miss payments. Done all was required for my check out, then comes the time to pay my deposit back they made a deal with the landlord to deprive me from my money, they made a cunning bill ,choices does not care about their client, bad customer services, and I'm sure we will all have fun in court.

GooglePositive experience buying a property through Choices. Matthew was very prompt in communicating during the offer stage. Nicola was excellent at progressing the sale when there was a tricky query arising from the lease. They communicated well with our solicitor. Not so keen on the buyer pays the estate agent commission they often operate, even though it can be deducted from the offer given to the seller. The standard approach seems better. It was helpful that the property was already let by Choices and we are now able to continue to let it through Choices, keeping the same tenant. The process was relatively smooth, although we had to ask a couple of our questions about tenancy agreements etc more than once to receive an answer. And so far so good with using Choices to manage the property. We are hopeful for a long and positive relationship with Choices - it has been a great start.

GoogleNEVER CHOOSE CHOICES ESTATE AGENTS, YOU WILL FEEL FOR IT, ITS REALLY A PAIN TO BE WITH THEM. A VERY BAD COMPANY, SO MUCH DELAY IN RETURNING OUR DEPOSIT USELESS CUSTOMER CARE AND PORTFOLIOS MANAGERS. CHOICES Estate Agent is a worst letting agent we’ve seen so far. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. They are not even deserved for ANY RATING and they are best suited for 0 (ZERO) Rating. They are highly reluctant when refunding the customers deposit .We are highly frustrated and disappointed for not getting proper response from CHOICES.

GoogleTerrible customer service i have paid for a holding deposit and according to the new law that came on 1st of June 2019 it is refundable and according to them it non refundable/refundable when the property or offer of tenancy is withdrawn by the Landlord the tenant is entitled to a refund of the holding deposit in full within 7 working day. But now they said that i have given a misleading information but this is a completely wrong statement because the misleading information was in front of there yes. They only have said that so that could still my money. Just run from this people

GoogleThe Choices can do different business using their family members rather than stealing money from customers. They do not maitain the property they let but expecting profit. For this, they should know what is best investment (their family members) and how they can see money without losing money (by pleasing others). Go on.

GoogleIf I could give anything lower than a one star I would. We live at a property managed by choices (Sinclair Hammelton) and Saying it’s the worst experience is an understatement. The apartment is literally falling apart and there has been no attempts to fix any of the issues which has been raised several times. We have no hot water and have to boil water with the kettle into a bucket to have a shower, there is a leak into the property every time it rains, the shower on suite is damp and overpowering smell is now in the bedroom and has now affected our daughter to the point we now sleep on the floor in the living room due to damp in shower/ living room. There is a massive hole in the living room caused by the leak coming from the ceiling. All this an more has been going on for 2 years and we pay rent of £1,300 pm every month on time without fail. We call Sinclair everyday with regards to the issues at property and have sent several emails which has all been ignored infact the property manager doesn’t pick up our calls anymore. The landlord is also aware of these issues but refusing to do anything. We are at process of escalating this. I will keep clear of renting a property managed by Sinclair hammelton as they only care about the landlords and protecting their best interest as they are paid by the landlord for managing the property (when ch they don’t) but they fail to realise without the actual tenant like myself who pay the rent, they would have no job/ income.

GoogleAmy Francis was very prompt in her actions with regard to what was required with our tenants' requests and I was pleased that she immediately also sent me a copy of the Pet Addendum, without me having to request it. A considerable improvement from the time when the staff (other than Jack) were handling the new tenants interest and subsequent take up of our property, when it appeared that each member of the staff did not co-ordinate with each other and made too many errors as far as I was concerned.

GoogleChristiana Stacey at Choices, Sutton is extremely rude and just walks into the house without warning. She has no concern for the tenants and is rude whenever I speak to her. Don't use her!!
