GoogleAvoid at all cost, They have lots of charges in the fine print of their contract which they will not tell you about. Then charges you once you give your notice. Also they conduct too many so called "inspections"

GoogleReally good service! Was served by Connor, really friendly, really professional, sorted out all queries i had and even bought food for my bird (went above and beyond), couldn’t recommend enough, have recommended to my friends so likely to get more customers!

GoogleHad an incredible experience when buying a house through Choices and was down to own person in particular and that is none other than Connor. He and the company are everything you want when buying a house and did an exceptional job, couldn’t recommend them enough. Connor definitely deserves a pat on the back!

GoogleI writing this review in shock. One star was because it was mandatory to write my comment as I would not have left any star rating. I have just had my baby woken up by someone from Choices touting for business whilst seeing a For Sale board outside my house. We have instructed another agent to sell our house and did not request help or this intrusion. I called the office and the lady was asking me lots of questions to get any details from me regarding my sale. Beyond rude and not a professional way to introduce your business.

GoogleThe guys at choices have been great, they have communicated everything to me, kept me in the loop. Now i am living in my dream house in Horley. Couldn't have asked for a better estate agents. I would highly recommend.

GoogleCan't fault Choices of Horley. Curtis very helpful at viewings. He was knowledgeable about each property and what didn't know he found out which helped me in making the decision to buy. Himself, Andrew and all at Choices in the buying process.

GoogleRaimonda and Katie from the Horley branch have given us exceptional service. They got us a tenant in less than 24hrs, since then they have kept us informed of progress at all times. I would thoroughly recommend Choices in Horley. I will be using them again in the future.

GoogleI definitely don’t recommend this place! Worse service ever. After leaving the property (that was in bad and not clean conditions when I came into) they asked me to paid for something that was broken in first place. Shameless!!!!

GoogleWORST AGENCY IN THE UK. I moved from my country with a signed contract to move into a house. When I arrived there, I couldn´t go into the house because of fire risk and I had to pay for an hotel myself for 11 days until they get me another home (lot more expensive than the one I had the contract with). After all this, they haven´t been helpfull at all with trouble caused at home. And they let your landlord go inside your house once and again without letting you know they´re going.

GoogleTerrible service. It is not an unbiased agent, they only care about landlords' agent. I can not take my deposit back.after some troubles which was not my fault.
