GoogleJonathan Prince is one of a kind! A lot of estate agents don’t seem to have time for you and just do the minimum. Jonathan couldn’t do enough for us! Professional, friendly, helpful - he really cares and wants the best for you. Choices/Daniels were a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleI rent out a flat. I managed it myself. My tenants were happy. Then I hired Sinclair Hammelton to manage the flat. I had known SH in Bromley for years and I liked them. But then Choices took over SH and things changed for the worse. My tenants started to complain. It got so bad the tenants moved out. SH/Choices found new tenants. They complained about SH/Choices in a similar manner to the previous tenants. I would like to end my contract with SH/Choices but if I do, they say that they will evict the tenants living in my flat. Terrible situation. Avoid.

GoogleExtremely poor services, I have requested now foe over 3 weeks to view a flat which is for sale and I was supposed to view it today and 30 minutes before the viewing they have cancelled! They found all possible excuses, honestly I believe they don’t even have the flat l, they are just trying to her more leads.

GoogleHad family members go to view flats (which they clearly dont do checks ), the staff are over the top and then swtiched to being rude on phone calls - I was besides a family member who was distraught of the state of her new flat and they didnt care about the condition they were selling it to her in. When emailing back and forth they take days to reply and you have to chase them (which i have seen first hand). Awful company, just horrible and clearly dont care that you may get severly sick when moving into a flat they clearly dont check.

Google@Stephanie Prior - Director How insulting for you to reply to a google review but yet you’ve been copied into three emails and choose to not pick any of them up. Just because someone isn’t called the n word of any other derogatory term does not mean they were not treated negatively as a result of their race Someone came to my home and after many odd looks and comments. Turned around and asked “so are you a doctor of something?”. Please do not cause further insult to injury. I made a complaint and following the complaint, I’ve been treated appalling. Choosing to not accept what I’ve said, for what it was is, simply you choosing to participate in the problem.

Google2 strikes and your out! Firstly I had a email from choices for a rental property, which stated £1100 in the email listing, I click on the link and they slapped another £150 on the listing now stating £1250? We had arranged a viewing of another rental property with them, booked in, I called 2 hours before to double check, all is OK apparently, we arrive for our 320 viewing only to find the agent is running so far behind there's still 2 other couples ahead of us waiting. Choices could have called to advise, very unprofessional.

GoogleHaving lived in a Choices let property for a year (and many other rented London houses with different agents before), I would not recommend going with Choices. On leaving, the agents attempted to add multiple unjustifiable charges and additional rent twice over. While staff within the branch are professional, communication internally seems lacking and they seem to add additional unexpected charges as a matter of course. While these charges have since been dropped, the extra stress and time dealing with Choices is not worth it.
We are sorry you have been unhappy with the service you have received, however, you must understand we act on behalf of our landlord and sometimes, at the end of a tenancy there are disputes about the amount of dilapidations and damages due, which is why there is a disputes service to settle these matters. We accept that sometimes checkout can be a stressful time but it isn’t always something we can control. If you send us further details we can look into your case and respond more specifically

GoogleWe had purchased a property to let out to a family who would enjoy and take care of the property. I had spoken with about six different letting agents. At this point Choices were in my top two!! However when Covid came into full effect the only letting agent who kept in contact with me through out was Christie from Choices estate agent in Sutton. Christie was brilliant she kept me updated with how viewings were going on a regular basis and what some of the feed back was. Gave very good advice through out. She managed to secure a lovely family into our property in record time Very happy with this service and will definitely be using Choices again!!

Michael showed us 4 properties and took the time to drive us around and we were really pleased with the experience. From the moment we put the offer and it was accepted everything went really smooth.
