GoogleI was desperately in need to find a new accomodations and had a viewing with Xavier. After speaking on the phone with him he asked me what kind of place I was looking for, then found 2 other places for me to see in the next few hours, and the next place we saw all three. And I ended up taking one of the viewings I saw with him. After that he was very helpful with me to get all the necessary documents done for this move to happen as quickly as possible, and in the end, everything got done in less than a week. He is a very kind professional man who treated me well. I also met some of his work colleagues when I went to collect the keys, who were also very helpful. GoogleVery impressed with the service from choices in Croydon, we was on with another agent & received a letter from Gabriella saying she was confident they could sell our home. After a two open days they managed to find us the right buyer! Best of all the buyer paid the commission! Thanks so much to Gabby, Dan, Little Dan (as they call him). GoogleDisgusting agent, left us with no hot water for 7 months and didn't bother sending anyone to fix it. We left before we got a single repair done after a long winter AVOID!!! 1 star because I cant leave 0
Very Sorry Marc, we will of course look into this. Our policy is to respond effectively and efficiently to tenant issues where we are the managing agent, however for balance, it must be said that we need the cooperation of the landlord to effect repairs and sometimes we don’t get it

GoogleIf I could leave a 0 star review I would. As a landlord this is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Cost me so much money and left me financially worse off. Would advise anyone looking to use their services to go elsewhere.
