GoogleA very big thank you to Daniel @ Croydon Lettings. We gave up hopes of finding a decent house to rent until we spoke with Daniel. Very professional and friendly. GoogleI called to arrange a viewing for a property as soon as it was added to Right Move. I provided the agent with the potential times as he wanted to confirm with the vendor. GoogleThey are thieves. Do not use. Much better off using New Move who don't charge extortionate fees, don't lie and don't steal money. Communication is appalling. Google2 strikes and your out! Firstly I had a email from choices for a rental property, which stated £1100 in the email listing, I click on the link and they slapped another £150 on the listing now stating £1250? We had arranged a viewing of another rental property with them, booked in, I called 2 hours before to double check, all is OK apparently, we arrive for our 320 viewing only to find the agent is running so far behind there's still 2 other couples ahead of us waiting. Choices could have called to advise, very unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleCannot reccomend the team enough! Fantastic service, always polite and quick to respond. House selling can be very stressful but the team took us from signing up to offer in less than a week, then to completion in 3 months. One of the offerings I liked most was the fact that the viewings were made so easy for us by them being done in bulk meaning we would take the dogs out and come back knowing it was done in 1 session....far easier given we were working form home. GoogleCeline Smith, I have been with Choices for more than 10 years. Celine is one of the most helpful, tolerant, pleasant and hard working lady. I recently had so much trouble with my property due to water leak. She was very supportive, helpful, keep me going during the worst period due to Covid pandemic and the water leak. Celine called me twice a week to check on the property and kept kept me in the loop regarding the progress of new tenant. Many thanks Celine from bottom of my heart. She was a miraculous worker she managed to find a tenant with in a week, I thought that was too good to be true. You are an asset to Choices. We are very luck to receive your excellent service. GoogleChoices were the selling agent for a flat I bought. The conveyance was delayed significantly due to my mortgage lender requiring an EWS1 form, and changing their affordability requirements late in the process, but through the whole process Choices' completion agent Nicola MacDonald went above and beyond, chasing up the management company and both sets of solicitors, and reassuring both myself and the sellers. Her diligence and patience kept the process on track despite all the complications, during a historically busy time for hose moves. GoogleWe instructed CHOICES to sell our property in a multi-agent capacity after we weren't happy with the progress we'd seen with another local estate agent. I was extremely impressed at just how hard they worked to sell the property, they were able to get as many viewings on the property in two weekends as our other estate agent was over the course of 4 months. They were very responsive to my calls and emails, and the staff there were polite, professional and honest. I honestly believe that if we instructed them initially, we'd have sold the house far sooner than we did.
