GoogleThis agent breach our trust, they took out the agent fee over 2 years but not make any effort to visit the property once! when the tenant checked out and made a few damages for the property, they did not act as they should to protect the property, only take small amount of money to please their tenants and made the landlord huge lost. while on the dispute processing, they made up their conclusion without communicate with landlord and set out a price to end of the matter. when request the Deposit Protection Services certificate details, they totally ignor the reasonable requests, their property management team has lack of knowledge how to manage the property and price for the cost of repairs. in addition, they did not have a clue where it was located when landlord asked the key before end of tenancy. this company play key fraud to suck out the blood from tenants and landlords. I would not recommed this company for the future letting agency

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your experience. We would like to clarify that the property was instructed under our rent collection service, not our fully managed service. As such, routine property inspections were not included. Regarding the deposit, we have followed the appropriate process and assessed the claim in line with the available evidence and industry guidance. As an agreement could not be reached, the matter has been referred to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) for independent adjudication, and we will abide by their decision.

GoogleChoices seem to change their staff quite regularly, but at present the young lady, Ebony Ramsay, dealing with my property is doing a good job.Ebony is efficient and alerts me to what is happening promptly and.this is important as renovation work is ongoing.

GoogleI want to give a massive thanks to Nicola MacDonald who managed the sale of my property. Cannot recommend highly enough. Given I live abroad, she helped massively in chasing up the buyer parties and the management company for my property. She acted with a great deal of diligence, scrutinising all the correspondence, ensuring actions and dates were promptly followed up. She kept my conveyancing team on their toes, holding them to account every time they dropped the ball (which they did a lot!). If it wasn't for her efforts, I daresay I'd still be waiting to complete the sale of my house. She made sure I was kept in the loop all the way, keep me updated with how things were tracking with the buyer and what I needed to provide. Honestly think she did most of the work that my conveyancers should have done. If you need a property sold and require someone who will work tirelessly and diligently and treat you with care and respect, then you will not regret engaging and hiring Nicola to be your sales manager. While this sounds like hyperbole, it's not - There's not enough stars available on this review to do her expertise and work justice.

They gave me good advice, kept me informed every step of the way, answered emails promptly, and worked hard at marketing a property that wasn't the easiest to sell. They were always kind and courteous, and dealt skilfully with potential buyers. Highly recommended.

GoogleA big thank you to Helen for providing a first-class service. She was quick, efficient, and willing to go a little extra mile to help. A true indicator of great customer service is when someone makes the extra effort despite there being no financial reward for doing so. I will certainly be returning to Helen and the team the next time we need support in finding new tenants. Highly recommended.

GoogleNicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

GoogleNicola McDonald, of Choices Estate Agents Croydon, found a purchaser quickly. Once the sale was agreed, Nicola followed up with the solicitors, the purchaser and me to keep the sale on track. The service provided was excellent.

GoogleUpdate 3: shameless company also keeps my deposit 2 months after leaving without any proof, they didnt update documents even on TDS. Don't trust them dont pay on last month equal your deposit fee otherwise they will unjustly treated you like me. I applied court and ombudsman. Update 2: they are scam , they use worst pixel photo before your tenancy for inventory list and they dont put photo of every corner, they dont put mold and damps and than when you leaving they put everything and god bless before tenant we took photo of everything. i will apply to ombusman and council to take action even they give me full deposit. I will share folder ref number on next update who wants to join to aplication you can email to me. Update: completely un responsible company. They cant give right key nearly 2 months and they didnt do what's they promised. Their house is useless.
