GoogleI have recently moved to Maple Road penge. Love it here. The only reason i am moving out the property is because we're having an addiction to the family and needed a bigger space... Thank to Amy Francis who has been my property manager, she lodged in complained promptly and raised concerns to my landlord when I have issues in the flat. It might take long on the side of the landlord to work on it but eventually get it done. Now I am hoping for the housing management to find someone to occup the property as I was told I have a fixed contract which I was not aware of. Overall, I like choices service they gave to me and I'll be missing all my lovely neighbours especially flat 2. Thanks Amy!!!

GoogleI rented through Choices for 4 years and always found them knowledgeable, friendly and professional in all areas. Chantel Taljaard looked after me as a tenant and nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge of the business gave me a great understanding of the process during the sale of the property I was renting. I couldn't have asked for anyone more patient and understanding. Dan and Nicola were amazing throughout the entire sales process, with honest feedback and regular updates until completion. Will in the lettings department also provided us with brilliant market research for the rental market, so overall we are generally happy with the experience.

GoogleHighly recommended! I sold my property through Choices, South Croydon. Very pleased and happy with the service from the beginning. Danial Skegg was very helpful, knowledgeable, productive, professional and supportive thought the process of selling my property. Nicola MacDonald was helped/involved from the Sales team who was also amazing, really approachable and getting swift response and chasing the paperwork between the solicitors and worked very hard to keep things moving for completion. Thanks to the whole team whoever involved in selling my property.
