GoogleJust finished reading a post from kizzie King First let me say whilst we were tenants we could not complain, first class service But that all changed when we handed our property back September 2023, hence the low rating. We were told we may have to wait 3 months for my deposit to be returned (that's a first) We are now in the middle of February 2024. Have tried to speak to someone find out what is going on, have been passed from pillar to post. We have not even been told how to apply for the return of our deposit from TDS after asking Have now been told there are issues, that's why the TDS are there to resolve problems. I am wandering whether a member of staff own this property They have been very unhelpful. It seems like we are a secondary thought now that we have vacated the property My thoughts are with people who may not have the determination to follow this through or those that are struggling in these time We are not interested in your hollow reply to this post, just get our deposit returned Property Address 70 Marleston Lane NG24 3WD

GoogleValeria Stirbu has recently become my property manager for a property I let. Valeria is friendly, helpful and professional. Valaria keeps me regularly updated about maintenance issues, and arranges to have work carried out quickly, which is most appreciated by me - and I'm sure the tenant is pleased too.

GoogleWe collaborate with Choices for about two years, we had some issues before with some of the staff, because lack of communication, but since Valeria Stirbu was allocated to collaborate with us we don’t have any problems, everything is sorted in time, good communication between us, and we really appreciate!
