GoogleThe team at CHK have been great. Responsive and have solved any concerns I've had in the 6 months I've been with them. One of the better companies ive dealt with over the past 5 years in the UK. I dont have enough history to give 5* but I suspect by the end I will be able to.

GoogleCHK are very professional and always available when you reach out. They are typically very efficient in escalating concerns / issues with the landlord whenever I have had any challenges. I would urge CHK to continue being consistent and keep the interest of both the landlord and the tenant on equal priority. Nikhil

GoogleHave rented with CHK Mountford (Surbiton) for several years and have always been impressed with the team and their attention to detail. Always on hand to help with any requests and do what they can to resolve requests in a timely manner. I highly recommend renting through CHK, a really caring agent. In particular, Karen and Jess in the Surbiton branch are lovely.

GoogleWe rented a house with CHK Mountford for a number of years. Over time we got to know most of the staff and some of the contractors associated with the Surbition branch well. We were very happy with the responsive, professional service provided by the team. Jessica who showed us around the property initially, Karen for her overall management and efficiency, Sarah F, Sarah L and Ryan for their personable and prompt handling of the few queries we had, Linda in accounts and Tolu who managed our departure from the house. All the contractors we met were similarly charming, polite and got the jobs done. Surbiton is a great neighbourhood; whether you're looking for a short or long term rental in the area, these guys will facilitate your move with ease.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have been renting out a flat in Surbiton since 1995 (when I married a C of E vicar and of course the house went with the job!). I let my flat privately for a few years, but started using Mountfords' services in 2000 to find tenants; and when we left London for a new job in Norfolk in 2005, I had no hesitation in moving over to a fully managed service as I was no longer in the area. I have at all times experienced professionalism, attention to detail, assistance with arrangement of maintenance matters, regular contact and much more. I could not be more pleased with their service and am very relieved that I came to them twenty years ago!

GoogleCHK are a fantastic choice for either renting out your property or indeed renting a property from. We used both their services. The marketing, advice and tenants that were sourced for me were excellent. Likewise as tenants we were looked after well-and were very happy in the property for the time we were renting. I would thoroughly recommend CHK every time.

GoogleCHK have been wonderful estate agents to rent through. They provided such great detail and always willing to help when we were viewing properties. Since we began renting, they have been great with communication and always on hand to answer any queries. Shoutout to Jess and Ryan who have been beyond lovely to make our rental feel more settled. The tenants that JDW found for me in 2019 decided to leave after one year, disappointingly, but JDW (Trinity Road branch, SW18) found two people who appear to be excellent replacements, with only a 10-day void. The necessary arrangements were all made in a professional manner. I'd particularly like to single out Shoeni Oates for the excellent service and advice I've received as an inexperienced landlord.

A recent new tenant who turned out to be very pleasant was found very quickly. The previous Tenancy Find was supposed to be for two tenants in the flat whereas in fact there were three and I was not happy about that.

I have had consistent help and good advice from all those at the Wandsworth office. Shoeni is standout in her knowledge and attitude. Communication has been excellent over the many years I have used them as my letting agent.

What a joke! The epitome of bad and distrustful estate agents. We arranged a viewing with the Esher office and no one showed up- no email,text,call, WhatsApp- to even tell us they were late or having to cancel. And worse still- the property we arranged to view and sat waiting for 20 min was already sold.

If I could give them no stars I would!They ignore calls and emails, don't contact us back. We have ongoing issues for months which they have done nothing about. Avoid them at all costs!!!!

Terrible agents, a bunch of kids who do not know what they’re doing. Awful at keeping you updated on the progress and very disorganised. You have to chase them and only to find out that something hasn’t been done or done too late thus you ending up missing out on the property! What a waste of time
