GoogleExcellent service provided over a 10 year period as a landlord. Always quick to manage and deal with issues effectively, and always willing to help out when asked. Particularly happy with the service provided by the staff when support / info was required when serving an accelerated eviction notice. The subsequent house sale was also managed very efficiently. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and reliable. Would recommend their services to any landlord, house seller or buyer.

GoogleCouldn’t have faulted Chilterns for one second. I had been dealing with Becky during the whole process and was always greeted with positive, polite energy, with a can do attitude! Considering this is my first time going through the rental process, Becky made it easy peasy and I’m so grateful for that. Answered any questions I had and made me feel in safe hands. The rest of the team at Chilterns are all lovely and polite to deal with. I would recommend everyone to use Chilterns, they look after you every step of the way. Extremely happy customer and would definitely use Chilterns again, highly recommended. Shout out to Becky, you smashed it, thank you!!

I never had to explain why I was phoning as all the staff were in great communication with each other (and not in competition) I sold my property whilst heavily pregnant and Chilterns took all of the stress away. GoogleAll the Ladies and Gentlemen at Chilterns Thetford were superb. They all understood our needs and solutions and clearly practise good communication within the team and clearly have a good leader. When problems arose they were all quick to seek and advise on a variety of solutions and rapidly implement the appropriate solution and achieve the best outcome. The team did much of the work for the solicitor and always communicated with us in a clear and concise manner. We are happy to highly recommend the Chilterns Team at Thetford.
