GoogleWe rented a property managed by Cheshire Lamont for over 2 years and found them to be efficient, fair, and always professional in all our dealings. The property wasn't without it's minor issues but they were always dealt with swiftly and by reputable tradesmen. When it came to leave it was smooth and our deposit returned without hesitation. GoogleOver the past 14 years we have rented property all over the world. Finding the right property is difficult enough but having the right lettings company handle your specific requirements is paramount. In all our experiences, Cheshire Lamont have raised the bar to a new level. The service, from first viewing to answering email queries to moving in has been outstanding ! Nadine, Mandy and the rest of the team - thank you so much! Nothing has been touch much trouble I dont normally write reviews but I felt in this case there was a definite need to let other potential tenants know how professional this company is ! Without question I have no hesitation in recommending them !

GoogleMy experience with Cheshire Lamont can only best described as outstanding. I can not fault this company at all, from start to finish they offered amazing communication and were accommodating to all our needs (especially due to the current times). A special shout out to Ben and Nadine who both made the experience easy and stress free. If anybody is looking for a property to rent or buy.. I would highly recommend this place!

GoogleI cannot recommend Cheshire Lamont highly enough. We have received a five star, professional, efficient service from them from the minute we asked them to let our property in Nantwich. We wondered if we were doing the right thing renting during the current climate but Ben reassured us from the beginning that he would find us the right tenants, and he did, within 24 hours! Cheshire Lamont provided us with a super service, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleViv from Cheshire Lamont Nantwich helped us buy our forever home. She was a pleasure to deal with. Viv was a great intermediary between us and the seller who helped foster a good relationship which made the whole process run smoothly. We bought the house during the Covid- 19 pandemic which was incredibly stressful but the team at Cheshire Lamont all worked around it and used their initiative to help us complete. As a company I found them straightforward and honest to deal with; and professional at every stage.

GoogleI recently moved into a property with Cheshire Lamont and I can't fault it at all, the service provided throughout was excellent, they were quick at responses, getting references done was so quick and easy, they worked well with the dates to move in and worked out perfect, when I went to pick up the keys all the staff members present were so lovely and so helpful with giving the information needed etc. Can't recommend Cheshire Lamont enough 10/10 service 😊 very happy with the flat I rent.

Alex guided me through the process of selecting a rental property, and along with Nadine processed all the necessary paperwork in an efficient manner. I do not hesitate to recommend Alex and Nadine for any rental needs you may have.

GoogleHaving dealt with numerous Letting Agents over the years in various locations, Cheshire Lamont are without doubt one of the very best out there. There is not one member of staff that will not go over and above for both Landlords and Tenants. Nadine is normally my main contact but I have dealt with all members of the staff who are all excellent. As I am not always able to attend the property, the reassurance of knowing that Cheshire Lamont are there to count and that you can trust them completely is worth the weight in gold #priceless

We have been thoroughly impressed throughout the whole process even before we selected one of their properties to let and were simply just viewing. I think they are thorough both for the Landlord and the Tenant, Nothing was too much trouble and many emails were sent to and from. This made the stressful experience much easier, We were so glad the house we finally chose was with them:)

My husband and I have rented through Cheshire Lamont ( formerly Temple's) since 2012 and currently searching for a new property with them. Any problems if and when they occur are dealt with courteously and efficiently. Alex and Nadine are excellent as are the rest of the team. When each tenancy has commenced everything went according to plan.
