GoogleHi, the office staff are nice, they listened and responded. However, let down by communication. 1 - Had a view arranged by them. We showed the client round, asked CL for feedback, they said they had no knowledge of viewing and didn't get back to me after saying they would. The manager never returned my calls, hence, the owner came round to evaluate and apologised for lack of communication, then never got back to me regarding value or opinion on the current marketing as promised, i even called the office for his thoughts. A bit odd, really. No major complaints, just poor communication. Peter

GoogleWe bought a property through Cheshire Lamont at the end of last year and found the team at the Nantwich office very professional. Another sale we had had agreed through Cheshire Lamont had fallen through (not their fault) and Bill in particular was excellent with us on both occasions. We were not their clients yet they treated us with respect throughout - a refreshing change from other agents we had encountered. David accommodated a second viewing swiftly for us when no one else was available and we otherwise wouldn't have been able to make it happen. They made the process smooth and were very supportive on completion day when I was an emotional mess! Happy buyers, highly recommend.

GoogleI started working as a contractor for Cheshire Lamont a year ago and compared to other agents they have been a joy to work for. Everyone in the office is very friendly and it is an easy and productive working relationship. They have online management systems which makes job management very easy and simple meaning that I have all of the details required and can contact tenants easily. We have great communication and all of the staff are very professional making my job easier and also meaning that we can resolve any issues for tenants quickly and efficiently. I look forward to working with them for many years to come.

GoogleWilliam Swindley from Cheshire Lamont could not have been kinder and more helpful to my mum. He has gone way past what you'd expect from an estate agency, helping with ideas and contacts to get her property developed into a more attractive sales proposition. This property had struggled to sell for many years, but Bill has been central to the successful sale and has demonstrated he is a very caring person too. I can heartily recommend his services.

GoogleMoved into our Cheshire Lamont managed property yesterday. I will be posting another review later on if I remember to cover how we get along with them managing the property, but in terms of the actually finding us a house, they have been incredible. We viewed a few different houses over a number of months with Cheshire Lamont and other letting agents, and Ben from Cheshire Lamont was easily the friendliest, most knowledgeable about the properties, most professional in terms of contacting us, and all-round best agent we met. He was the only one who actually remembered us on repeat viewings, and one of the very few who contacted us when he said he would, always with the information we'd asked for. Even when we applied for properties and didn't get them, Ben was very nice and always had another alternative property or option for us to look at, as well as advice about the area, landlords, individual houses and terms of the contract we'd be entering into. When we did get accepted for a property, the contracts and payments process handled by Nadine was quick, with communication being fast, informative and clear at every stage. Turnover from knowing we got the house to moving day was 2 weeks and that was with a weeks delay! (which wasn't for any negative reason either) Had a small problem with the boiler on move day, rang up and it was resolved within an hour, so signs are looking good for the contract in the long term too! TL;DR - Everybody is a delight to deal with, and you're in excellent hands as a tenant. Thanks! :)
