GoogleGreat job from Bill and the team at Cheshire Lamont. Initially the property was assessed, and a favourable and confident valuation was given. This was followed up by a professional property review and together with high quality photography the property was beautifully presented to the market. The property was viewed almost immediately, and an offer was made and accepted above the advertised price within 24hrs. From there although there were some issues with the chain during the sale the help and support from the team was exceptional. I was always kept informed of any developments in the sale progress and any questions raised by me were answered promptly.

FacebookOur house move was handled by Nantwich branch. Viv was our main contact and she was a trooper. Our sale and purchase - (we also bought our new house via them) was a bumpy ride to say the least. Outside factors caused our journey to be a difficult and lengthy one. We sincerely believe that we wouldn’t have got through it had we been with another agent. The advice given was always solid. Viv was an absolute lifesaver on many occasions. Genuinely caring about our plight and providing professional , friendly, advice and encouragement. Viv went through as much as we did and without writing a essay it would be difficult for a reader to understand quite what a time of it we had. We got through this because Cheshire Lamont helped us through and supported us even when it could’ve been in their professional interest to do otherwise. I think we may have given up had we not had Viv, Elaine and Jen and Bill on our team. These guys REALLY know their stuff. If you don’t know who to choose, I can vouch for the fact that even when your sale is not plain sailing, they know what they are doing.

GoogleThis is the first time we have used Cheshire Lamont to find us a tenant for our let property. Immediately there were several interested parties wanting to rent the house. We left Ben to advise on who best suited our outlined requirements of our ideal tenant, his recommendation was perfect. Contracts and all other important documents were compiled efficiently and on time by Nadine and her colleagues in the office. A really professional, efficient and helpful company. GoogleThey recently sold a house for me. They were totally professional and gave great guidance. I know the market is presently buoyant, but they sold it within 24 hours for more than I had expected. Followed up by great support during the legal process. I'm very happy with them.

GoogleHaving sold a number of properties over the years I was always of the opinion that the Estate agent made no difference, that the house sold itself. However, my experience with Bill and the staff at Cheshire Lamont in Nantwich has changed my opinion. From my first meeting with Bill, which was a couple of years before we put the house on the market, I received sound advice from someone with an excellent understanding of the local market as opposed to the over the top ‘wow, this is amazing’ flattery, on entering every room, of some estate agents. Bill visited us three times in two years before we decided to sell and was extremely professional on every occasion. It’s wasn’t the easiest of sales, in my experience, we lost our first buyers after a few months of jumping through hoops but quickly found another buyer when the property was re-marketed. All the way through the process we were kept up to date by the office staff in Nantwich with regular feed back on viewings and then with progress updates when the sale was going through. We eventually achieved more than the asking price so we’re extremely happy. Needless to say, I thoroughly recommend Cheshire Lamont in Nantwich.

GoogleThis is my first experience of Cheshire Lamont as far as letting is concerned, I have been a landlord for over 15 years now, and I will definitely be using them again. Very responsive and professional from the off and throughout the company. I knew Alex anyway but found Ben and Nadine really easy to deal with, and really helpful. My property was advertised and let within 2 weeks of me confirming the availability. They provide a comprehensive service but are happy to help with any part of your let. Not often I feel the need to jump on these review pages but I am really really happy with the service so far and wanted to pass that on!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleOverall I had a positive experience. The property manager was very professional and in a couple of instances walked the extra mile. The only thing I did not like about the process was the fact that you are asked to use external internet companies to sign documents and contract... personally I like me of a face to face approach for this kind of things.

GoogleMy husband and I recently began to rent a tenancy on a house advertised by Cheshire Lamont. It was a big move from South Wales to Cheshire and involved a lot of planning. Nadine at Cheshire Lamont was friendly, professional and efficient and made a stressful move, much, much easier. We would definitely recommend Cheshire Lamont and Nadine is an absolute asset to the company.

GoogleI have no hesitation in giving Cheshire Lamont a five star recommendation. They have looked my property for about ten years now. Much of the time I was living in Asia and did not visit the U.K. much. In those circumstances it was comforting to know Cheshire Lamont were looking after my property. Their strength, in my view, is the long serving experienced staff and the ability to communicate. In ten years they have never faulted.

GoogleVery responsive company, which is refreshing. I have dealt with many landlords and letting agents in my time and I am pleased to say Ben and Nadine, whom I dealt with throughout this whole process, have been a delight and very fast to respond. I required a quick turnaround, and taking the pandemic restrictions currently in place, they have been able to answer my queries, sometimes in a matter of minutes which has been fantastic. I truly hope the service that I have received is a true reflection of the service other customers will receive because if so, I do not see why people would use anyone else. Thank you Ben and Nadine, you have been outstanding.

GoogleMy partner and I have been extremely and pleasantly surprised by how seamless, professional and friendly our recent experience has been in renting a property from Cheshire Lamont. Due to a family bereavement we needed to relocate as swiftly as possible to rent closer to family; we were looking for swift viewings, prompt responses to any queries we had and generally just a little awareness for the sensitivity of our situation - having spoken to a few estate agents and arranging a few viewings I must say no one was as friendly or as accommodating as the team at Cheshire Lamont in dealing with our move. Ben accommodated a speedy viewing for us which he did not need to and which we're very grateful for, and he was very clear on the process which turned out to be as smooth as he'd explained it - he was a cut above the rest. The team who our application was outsourced too were really friendly and helpful (despite us peppering them with a few calls!) and Nadine was really hands on and professional. Within 2 days of us viewing the property everything was in place. These are unprecedented times, with not only companies being stretched, but people too; and due to the nature of our move we are extremely grateful to Cheshire Lamont for everything. A class act all round.
