GoogleWe are actually looking for an accomodation in Crewe area, booked an appointment a few days ago for today 23.02.2019, 11am with Cheshire Lamont Crewe, to view a 2 bed detached bungalow on Rope Lane, Wistaston. We drove 3 hours from Peterborough, we were 5 minutes before 11am near the bungalow when Andrew called the viewing is not any more possible. I let you people decide how to further relay on this letting agency. Thank you.
Dear Barna, We are saddened to hear that your experience of Cheshire Lamont Lettings had not been a more positive one. When a property is tenanted, we are solely reliant on a tenant to allow access for viewings. Unfortunately on this occasion, the tenant had approached us shortly before the viewing to advise that access on this day was no longer convenient. We pride ourselves on our high level of customer service and wouldn't cancel an appointment at short notice under normal circumstances. GoogleOwned my rental houses for 10 years now and use Cheshire Lamont for advertising them and to find good quality tenants. Void periods are usually a minimum and delighted to say I have never lost a single month's rent to a bad tenant or suffered anything more than regular wear and tear on a house. I also appreciate the advice they give me in keeping up to date on local market trends and in helping me evaluate potential further house purchases.

GoogleI have been working with Alex and the team for over 17 years, since leaving the UK to live across the Pond. During that time, Nadine, Sarah and Abi have all worked hard to ensure that we have had quality tenants and that our property has been well looked after and properly maintained and updated. They are an effective and very personable group of people and are a pleasure to work with. So much so, that we have entrusted a second rental property to their care. I would recommend this team to anyone wanting a top quality service with a friendly approach.

From a thorough property check and discussion process courtesy of Alex and Emma, through to monthly updates from Nadine, the whole team make renting out properties effortless. They wasted no time in lining up potential tenants and I'm positive that any vacancies will be quickly filled by their hard working team. It removes any apprehension from the process and I recommend using Cheshire Lamont for all landlord (and tenancy) needs.

They are polite, extremely helpful & do everything they can to market your property to it’s full potential. Professional, yet approachable they really do provide an excellent service and I wouldn’t go anywhere else after my recent experience with them. I highly recommend Cheshire Lamont.
