GoogleAll the staff at Cavendish Ruthin were were brilliant. They did a great job to sell our house and did all the viewings themselves. Our house took a while to sell but they worked tirelessly and I had no troubles. Caroline even helped us to find a rental home to move in to temporarily. Excellent team.

GoogleWe just used Cavendish to sell our house and they were absolutely magnificent from start to finish. They came and valued the house promptly (and, as it turned out, accurately!) and from that point forward communicated really well and were prompt to follow up after every viewing etc. Once we had found a buyer, they communicated well but didnβt harass either us or our conveyancers. Their commission rate was also extremely competitive. Thanks in particular go to Lun & Caroline in their Ruthin office.

GoogleAt some point, it had to be found. In amongst the deplorable riffraff of general estate agents, there statistically had to be one. You know all those times you heard people say, "I just don't understand why they don't...."? π€ All those occasions of bemused house buyers wondering what on earth estate agents actually DO for their 1% of your house? Well now, we've found the answer. The estate agent that actually DOES things: sensible, logical, methodical things. Enter Cavendish. *takes a bow Thank you for being the shining example of how to treat people like human beans, do an honest job and just be really really nice. Thank you for keeping us up to date at every step and more. Thanks that we didn't have to sit around wondering what was going on, anxious and forlorn waiting for searches to be returned. Particularly our appreciation goes to Tracy L. who has been nothing but outstanding since the beginning and consistently on the ball: chasing our errant solicitor, liaising with our lovely sellers, helping us with connections (eg. a local surveyor who was brilliant) and just generally being really competent. May we all get the houses of our dreams π₯ (and you're much more likely to do so if you use Cavendish).

GoogleI have been meaning to review this place for a few weeks! The lovely team at Cavendish rentals helped my partner and me find an amazing place to live. They guided us through the whole process, it was handled efficiently and we were moved in within less than 2 weeks! Thank you to Sophie who was a big help during the whole thing, I would highly recommend yourself and the rest of the team :)

The recognised be aware club. Car salesmen, insurance, double glazing and estate agents. I wrongly assumed smaller in this case may be better..sadly not so. If you want to hear truths I suggest using ear plugs, take a pad n pencil, get it in writing. I also wrongly assumed they may be less disingenuous than the big guy's in this sector..another false assumption. They may answer emails but likely not. They most often don't confirm emails received. My advice go to the registry, pay 7 quid and get the vendors details and speak direct...Dont be shocked at the lies and miss-truths told by this lot. Stay clear of this company. And don't forget under under Article 17 of the UK GDPR you have the right to erasure [forgotten] send an official request and demand confirmation...Remember..data is worth more than gold.
