GoogleI recently let out a small property in Buckley, with the help of Sophie from the Mold Office of Cavendish rentals. Sophie worked very hard juggling all the boxes that needed ticking and remarkably managed to get everything sorted on time for a last minute short-notice move-in date. She did all this whilst keeping her cool and her sense of humour. Thank you Sophie.

GoogleHaving delt with the Chester branch the last couple of years I find them to be extremely helpful with any issues with the property. Liberty has been very helpful with all enquiries and any issues have been responded to and resolved in very timely manner

She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and genuinely took the time and care to help me find my first home. As this was my first time going through the process, Sophie made everything feel straightforward and reassuring. She was incredibly knowledgeable, knew all the right questions to ask, kept me informed throughout, and was always there to offer support whenever I needed it. I really felt like she cared about finding the right home for me rather than simply getting the process completed. She was professional, friendly and an excellent person to have supporting me through such an important milestone. I couldn’t recommend Sophie and the Cavendish team highly enough. Thank you so much for helping me find my first home!

GoogleChloe was amazing for me and my partner. We were looking for our first place and it was our first viewing experience. She did amazing very calm and friendly and given our circumstances she was very supported suggesting idea and forms of support. If I were to go to an agency this is the one I would pick!

GooglePlease be very careful if you choose to rent through Cavendish rentals. Like many other reviews on here and trust pilot attest to, there seems to be an automatic thing where they state the flat needs a 'deep clean' with a non negotiable £250 fee, and vague details on what needs cleaning. Finally got the remainder of my deposit back today after the process began in May. The deposit adjudicator thankfully sided with us, and could see there wasn't cause for a £250 charge as we left it clean. If you must use them I suggest to following - Check EVERYTHING against the check in report - I mean everything. Tiny paint specs, dust on blinds as they will try and nail you for it. - Take extensive pictures - Keep receipts for any cleaning - Screenshot this review and the many others like it - Raise even the slightest issue on the portal so there's a paper trail. Please look after yourself. Even the landlords don't seem to get a say when the charge goes ahead or not. Do not recommend. Happy to provide further details to concerned parties.
