Went to view two properties with Sophie Lewis. Applied for both and went through all checks in less than a week. Moved in within a fortnight! Brilliant service from Sophie and her team. Every email was answered fast and efficiently. So happy, got the dream property. Thanks to all the Cavandish team. Thank you Sophie!!!. Well Sophie has done her magic for me again, within a 11 months of her doing it the first time. My Herione. Viewed a dream home and within a couple of days, was accepted. Moved in within a month. Not only has she sorted this and then got the viewings on my old rented home sorted and them moved in and my new place completed. Yet again every email answered and explained perfectly. How the heck she manages it I will never understand!!!!!!. Amy is also a heroine of this team as she makes sure you get your deposit back. If you keep up your end!. I have been working as a Landlord with the staff at Cavendish Rentals in Mold for over 20 years. David, Nicola, Sophie and all the staff at Cavendish Rentals provide an excellent service for Landlords and tenants alike. I have been especially pleased recently with the way that I have been advised & helped regarding all the new legislation for Landlords in Wales. They always make sure that they are fully informed on everything to do with letting from both the Tenant & Landlord perspective, they are perfectly placed to help their Landlords navigate & adhere to any new laws. David and Nicola are particularly knowledgeable and are always available when you need them. They are always there to offer support & advice regarding rent reviews and any other help needed. Sophie has been particularly helpful recently helping me find the right new tenant for one of my properties, she ensured that the whole process ran smoothly. From making sure that the old tenancy ended as it should and advising the old tenants on their responsibilities on moving out, to taking new enquiries and communicating these to me in a timely fashion, credit checking my new tenant & booking them in. Thanks to Sophie I have a happy tenant and she has a happy Landlord. Well done everyone, keep up the great work you do to help both tenants & Landlords 😊👍.

Not found a property yet but Sophie and Annie area brilliant at putting us at ease and still trying to find our place to rent.. They are so curtious on talking on the phone and listen to what you want in your place to live.. ❤️ Update...... This review was put out before a viewing of a property was not suitable for us that when the the viewings stopped.. No replies to requests to view any property, always told your application had been put forward, then told when phoned to be told it's got to someone else.. We get emails telling us about a house only to be told again when phones in.. It's gone.. 8 months of this we've had 🤬🤬🤬 Be wary of you use these 😢

If you’re thinking of renting through Cavendish Rentals, don’t. Unless you enjoy being lied to, ignored, and ripped off. We lived in one of their managed flats for 15 months. Throughout that time, they constantly praised us as “model tenants” who kept the flat in excellent condition. During inspections, they even admitted the hallway outside our flat was in awful shape, cracked walls, mold, and flaking paint, and promised to send someone to fix it. No one ever came. When we moved in, the flat was okay but far from spotless: marked carpets, a broken toilet, cobwebs, and plenty of dust. We cleaned, repaired, and looked after that place better than its previous tenants ever did. When we moved out, we professionally cleaned the carpets (with receipts) and scrubbed every inch of the flat until it looked better than when we arrived. The landlord confirmed there was no damage and said he was happy with the condition. Then came the sting: Cavendish Rentals hit us with a £215 “cleaning” charge, for a spotless flat they’d just praised. No justification, no evidence, nothing. Just another shameless attempt to squeeze tenants for money they don’t owe. To make things worse, the landlord, Ian Hart, ignored our emails for two weeks when it came to returning our deposit, dragging his feet the entire way. Only after constant chasing did anything move forward and after battles, the charge was reduced to £155, which we reluctantly accepted as we needed the deposit for our new house. Cavendish Rentals and Ian Hart are the perfect pairing of incompetence and greed. They’ll smile, make promises, and then quietly find new ways to take your money. If you value honesty, communication, or even the slightest bit of professionalism, avoid Cavendish Rentals like black mold, which, fittingly, is something they also ignore.
