GoogleAbsolutely amazing company if you are looking to rent. So helpful and patient. With video walk throughs of properties and brilliant imagery available you can get a feel for the houses before even seeing them. When you do organise a viewing you are met with such professional courtesy that you feel like a VIP. A huge thanks to Annie in the Mold office for all of your help. You are beyond outstanding and your commuincation is beyond compare! Thank you

GoogleI had the pleasure of doing business with cavendish rentals and i cannot recommend their agent Sophie enough! She made this experience for me as smooth and simple as possible. I especially loved her warm touches to the whole process such as recommending me places around town tailored to my needs and giving me a sweet welcoming gift the day i received the keys to my flat. She was very professional as well as i received all the documents in a organized and timely fashion and she was very easy to reach via email or phone. Thank you Sophie and Cavendish rentals!

GoogleI’ve rented with numerous rental companies over the years but I can honestly say without doubt that I recommend Cavendish Rentals. A special mention goes to Annie who showed me around the property, she took the time to not only show me the house but to also listen to me about my current situation and to offer some sound advice. The day we picked up the keys we were blown away to receive our ‘welcome to your new home’ gift box. Since moving in Annie has been on hand to help us out where needed and always responds when she says she will. Thank you Cavendish Rentals and thank you Annie for all the support you have shown us.

GoogleWe live overseas and have just handed over the letting and management of our house to Sophie in the Mold office. Why didn’t we do it sooner? Sophie is amazing, so knowledgeable, quick to respond to any questions we have and an absolute joy to work with. We had been managing the house ourselves because of a prior poor experience through a different agent, wow, total chalk and cheese. I can 100% recommend Sophie and Cavendish, you won’t be disappointed.

GoogleWe cannot recommend Cavendish enough! They helped me and my partner find the perfect rental property as we were moving into North Wales! They were always very easy to get hold of, and kept us regularly updated with different rental properties in the area, and kept us updated on the different stages of the property we chose. We are especially thankful to Annie, who went above and beyond to sort everything out for our rental property! They organised viewings that met all our specifications and did this promptly. Both cavendish and the landlord were very flexible, and enable us to move in with a week of viewing the property which was incredible! Excellent!
