GoogleCavendish Rentals have managed our property for about 6 yrs during this time Cavendish have selected tenants, managed all rental finances, inspected the property periodically, arranged for statutory inspections and maintenance. GoogleExcellent experience dealing with the Mold Office. The staff, Sophie and Annie, who have assisted and guided us through the process of finding a suitable rental property have been second to none. Always helpful, efficient, friendly and above all they showed a genuine interest and kindness to us. We are an older couple who have not been through the rental process before and compared to other letting agents we had been in touch with they made the experience much easier. We are so thrilled with our new home. Thank you so much Cavendish. You have lovely staff.
