A poor experience as a tenant through Cavendish. At the time of ending the tenancy it was insisted there was a 'pre-inspection' to apparently assist  with the final exit procedure At the pre-inspection two weeks prior to the final check out only two small issues were commented on, which were rectified by ourselves At the final check out at 14:30 on the last day of our tenancy, we were given until midnight to fix some further highlighted issues. This rendered the pre-inspection a pointless exercise. When querying this with the staff doing the check out it was dismissed because they were giving us until midnight... If these issues had been highlighted at the pre-inspection we could have fixed some of these ourselves. Despite being minor, we had little time to sort this and instead lost money off our deposit. Once the final amount to be debited from the deposit was confirmed on the Thursday, I had still heard nothing regards the return of the deposit by the following Monday so I started proceedings via the DPS, at this point the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would therefore not recommend Cavendish if you are a tenant looking for a property to rent.

I let a property recently with Cavendish Rentals. They were very prompt to view and advertise the property despite the current Covid difficulties for businesses. Within two weeks the property was let with them. The girls in the office are very good at keeping in touch by e-mail with any queries. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a letting company. I have recieved excellent service from both Shauna and Nichola at Mold Office. I know my property is in good hands and we have built a very good relationship, which benefits us both. Any issues or problems are dealt with quickly and effectively. If and when the property is up for let, I am kept updated regularly of any prospective viewers and their feedback. I would not trust the letting of my property to any other agent.
