I attended the recent landlord event hosted by Dave and Nicola and it was excellent from start to finish. Both Dave and Nicola spoke brilliantly clear, engaging, and full of genuinely useful insight rather than the usual recycled content. You could tell the room was full of serious, like-minded landlords, which made the whole evening feel worthwhile. I came away with real value and a much clearer perspective on the direction of the travel. It was also great to meet Julian and connect with others in the room. If you’re a landlord and get the chance to attend one of their events, I’d strongly recommend it. I’ll definitely be at the next one.

As a tenant I was present this morning at a routine property inspection from Jessica Davies of Cavendish Rentals in Chester. Jessica was friendly, polite and professional, taking photos of any maintenance issues I advised her of and generally showed great interest in the property and promised to provide a report to my Property Manager after discussing any maintenance issues with the landlord. She was good enough to advise me late this afternoon that she had already sent her report. As a tenant I felt reassured that she took some historic issues seriously which had not been the case with the previous managing agents and that they will hopefully be resolved this time. From the start, Ollie communicated very promptly and effectively via email and phone, and he was very responsive to any queries. A viewing was quickly arranged and it was clear that Ollie knew the property well and he was able to deal with any queries we had. Our experience with some other rental agencies has not been very positive, but Ollie made what can be a very stressful experience so much easier with his professional, warm and very effective approach. We highly recommend Cavendish Rental and wouldn’t hesitate to use the agency again.

I honestly can't rate Cavendish Rentals Chester highly enough. Big thanks to Ollie, who has made the whole process effortless. I was struck from the first communication how personal, quick and professional all correspondence was. This is a huge contrast to other Letting Agencies when it can sometimes feel impossible to even register to view a property and you can be a nameless number. They are quick to chase reference checks and signing of contacts is online and so efficient. Thanks to Ollie and team, I am renting a beautiful house, and the process has been completely stress free.
