I honestly can't rate Cavendish Rentals Chester highly enough. Big thanks to Ollie, who has made the whole process effortless. I was struck from the first communication how personal, quick and professional all correspondence was. This is a huge contrast to other Letting Agencies when it can sometimes feel impossible to even register to view a property and you can be a nameless number. They are quick to chase reference checks and signing of contacts is online and so efficient. Thanks to Ollie and team, I am renting a beautiful house, and the process has been completely stress free.

The worst estate agents in north wales…

The worst estate agents in north wales and the Mold office where the rentals are is the bad, the two in charge of Rentals.. Annie O'brien and Sophie Lewis are bad.. They don't give you viewings at all.. They pick who they want to give a viewing to.. You get an email from another member of the company and when you ring up straight away, you get the answer ooh it's gone with a smirky attitude.. I day and lost 5 property's through them and their attitude.. The last viewing I had was a property I knew I didn't want but hey... I got a viewing and Annie said to me.. Ooh I didn't think you'd want this is small.. That rang bells in my head.. Yeah we got that viewing but didn't get others of places we wanted.. Cavendish area bad, don't get back to you at all even end though make a complaint to higher management in fact they're just as bad.. I'll get back back to you in the morning after I've looked into it.. I'm still waiting 2 months later for that call Cavendish are 💯 Per Cent garbage 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I’m a landlord and have used Cavendish for several years. Recently had a new tenancy and was impressed with the way Daniel, Nicola and Amy handled the process. I have also spoken to my tenants who were very happy with the rental process and commented on the professionalism of the staff. Nicola and the team have dealt with our rental property for many years and we consider it money well spent - I know some people have the view that it's maybe an unnecessary expense if you're on hand and can deal with it yourself. However, we couldn't put a price on peace of mind - everything over the years has been dealt with efficiently, we're always informed of any problem or potential issue, contractors are instructed for any work, inspections are regularly made to ensure the property is in good order, we're given feedback on any work carried out, necessary inspections are arranged (boiler maintenance, EPC report, PAT test etc.), finding tenants and carrying out the necessary checks, keeping up to date with the ever changing policies - the list goes on. We can't thank them enough for the consistently great job and great service over the years, and we would recommend them to anyone thinking about using an agent for their rental property.

I have dealt with Adam, Daniel and Nicola at Cavendish Rentals for the last 5 years, and I would highly recommend them They may not be the cheapest but they are certainly reassuringly the best! They have helped me with finding tenants, keeping up with changes in the law regarding tenanted property and then with dealing with difficult tenants.
